Good things here

I have easy access to various modes of public transport like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs right outside the society, which makes commuting a breeze. The neighborhood is bustling with nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants, offering everything I need within reach. Parking is never a hassle as there's ample space available, and I've never faced any chaos. The amenities within the society, including the gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and play area for kids, are all well-maintained and easily accessible. The spaciousness of the society and well-ventilated rooms make living here very comfortable. With 24/7 electricity supply, I never have to worry about power outages. It's reassuring that there are no seepage or leakage issues in the flats, and proper sunlight streams into the rooms, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The presence of CCTV cameras ensures security, and timely garbage collection using multicolored bins maintains cleanliness. Hygiene standards are consistently upheld, contributing to a pleasant environment. I love the sense of community here, with various cultural events and festivals celebrated together. The people are friendly and welcoming, making it feel like home.

Things need improvement

During summers sometimes water supply is less. There are cracks in the walls, wall quality is not that good. Sometimes lifts stops working and repairing takes time, lifts are not cleaned properly. During weekends and late night there is very less availability of public transport. Metro station is far from the society. The road quality outside the society is not in good condition. Street lights also doesn't work properly all the time.

The rooms are spacious, and each has an attached balcony. The society features a beautiful garden and well-maintained clubhouse, including a gym with provided trainers. Cleanliness is a priority, with routine cleaning of water tanks ensuring hygiene standards are met. Residents benefit from allotted owner's parking and a consistent 24x7 water supply through `pmc water connection. Electricity supply is also available round the clock within�the�society.

The society faces several drawbacks, primarily related to public transport availability. Metro services are absent in the area, and the nearest railway station is far away. While there is a bus stop, the frequency of buses is very low. The build quality is poor as there is leakage and seepage problems although it includes in maintenance from the maintenance team. Unfortunately, the society does not have a swimming pool. Solar panels are used only for hot water supply, and generators provide power backup solely for common areas, leaving pedestrians without backup during power cuts. Additionally, there is a shortage of visitor parking�in�the�society.

Pets are permitted in the society, and comprehensive security measures are in place, including CCTVs and round-the-clock�guards.

Visitor parking is not available within the society premises; however, there is designated space outside where visitors can park their vehicles. Inside the society, there is no allotted parking space provided. Although the society lacks a swimming pool, amenities such as a banquet hall, clubhouse, and gym are available, albeit requiring some improvement in maintenance. It's worth noting that this is a family residency, and therefore, bachelors are not permitted to reside�in�the�society.

The connectivity of the society is a bit frustrating due to the infrequent BMT bus service from Wakervadi. The Garden City is half a kilometer away. The frequency of public transport could have been better. All amenities are available except for a swimming pool.

Connectivity is good,auto stand,bus stand are at walkable distance. Society is very well maintained,neat,clean and hygenic environment. Club house ,kids play area and garden is very well maintained. All the festivals are being celebrated.
