Maintenance fees are reasonable, and allocated parking is provided for owners and visitors. There is 24x7 water and electricity supply. Pets are allowed with strict adherence to rules and regulations by pet owners. Local transportation is easily accessible, and essential services are readily available. The build quality is excellent with no issues of leakage or seepage, and rooms are spacious with proper�ventilation.
This residential area is designated for families, and bicycles are not permitted within the society. Power backup is specifically allocated to common areas like lighting and lifts. Regarding parking, there are allocated spaces for owners and visitors, but with many residents owning multiple vehicles, some vehicles end up being parked on outer roads. This has led to the roads becoming narrow and congested, making it challenging to navigate in and out�of�the�society.

Daily cleaning is performed, and safety is ensured with round-the-clock guards, CCTV surveillance, and fire safety features like fire extinguishers. All festivals and functions are celebrated in the society, and there is continuous electricity supply�available�24x7.
There is no metro station near the society, and there is also no mall in the area. Seepage problems are recurring due to internal issues, and the repair costs must be borne by the owner as it is not covered by the maintenance team. The clubhouse is considered too small by residents, and other amenities like the play area and gym are not well-equipped. Currently, the society is relying on municipal water supply, but there are shortages, leading to the need for tanker water, which is increasing maintenance costs. Only a few festivals such as Ganpati and occasional others are celebrated�in�the�society.

I have been living in this society for the past 25 years, and I have never encountered any major issues here. Transportation facilities are easily accessible near the society, and the quality of the roads outside the society is very well developed. The build quality of the apartments is excellent, with no problems regarding leakages or seepages. Even during the rainy season, there are no issues with water logging inside or outside the society or in the basement. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, gym, and park are available in this society, and everything is very well maintained. All major festivals are celebrated in this society, from Diwali to New Year to Holi. Garbage is collected on a daily basis, with wet and dry garbage segregated properly. Allocated parking is available for owners, and there is 24/7 water and electricity supply. The maintenance of the society�is�really�good.
There is no metro station near the society. Allocated visitor parking is not available in the society. Power backup facilities are only available for the common areas within the society. Guests can park their vehicles in the ample public space outside�the�society.

This is the best society to stay. The Garbage collection is done on time, society looks after it. There are staffs appointed for garbage collection. Plasting recycling and such innovations are done in the society. Lifts are very well maintained. I have not encountered any power cut issues in the society. The connectivity of the society is very nice, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Best in construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Any issues gets resolved timely. The society is 20 years old but still all amenities are available and all are in working condition and maintained brilliantly. The society celebrates festivals and events where all the people in the society participates together.
As the sociey is 20 years old with time some seepage and leakage happens but those issues are resolved on time by the society and apart from that there is absolutely no issues that I had faced in this society that needs improvement.

Society has very good accessibility with transportation such as auto, cabs. Even supermarkets were there, groceries were easily available, chemists were there. And quality of goods outside the society was very well developed and widened. All the amenities like swimming pool, club houses, play area, gym, garden, park, everything was available in the society. And maintenance of these amenities was very well done and everything was very well functional. Garbage is collected on daily routine basis in the society. To clear any pigments and to improve quality of goods, there were no problems at all. Decisions made by the people were really cooperative and helpful. Allocated food was available�in�the�society.
One of the major drawbacks of the society was the lack of network coverage due to the absence of nearby mobile towers, making it inconvenient to stay there. Additionally, there were no power backup facilities available in the society. The railway station was far from the society, and there was no metro station in the vicinity. Furthermore, the airport was also quite distant from the society, adding to the transportation�challenges.

The metro is currently under construction near the society, but the railway station and airport are quite far away. Unfortunately, there are no power backup facilities available in the society, and allocated visitor parking is not provided, so visitors must park outside�the�society.

Society is very well maintained,neat clean and hygenic environment.women safety has been priorities,high security system,connectiviity is excellent,schools ,hospitals ,auto stand,bus stand easy to approach.all the modern amenities are present and well functional.All the festivals are celebrated,good socialism.Good build quality no leakage seepage,water logging issues.Rooms of the apartment is quite spacious and isolated.
Power back connection has been given to common area only.solar panel is not there in the society.there are limited parking space for the resident.

I had a truly excellent experience living in this society. The connectivity was great, transportation was easily accessible, and the roads were well-developed. The people there were friendly and cooperative with each other. The build quality was excellent�I never encountered any issues like leakage or seepage. The rooms were spacious and well-designed with proper ventilation and ample sunlight. All amenities were available including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, park, and podium, and they were very well-maintained. Tenants were also allowed to use these facilities. There was 24/7 water and electricity supply available in the society. Overall, living in that society was a very positive experience.
One significant drawback of that society was the distance to the railway station and the absence of a nearby metro system. Additionally, the society lacked power backup facilities, with only a generator available for common areas such as lights and lifts, but not for individual residences. Allocated visitors parking was also not available in the society.

I've been living in the society for a long time and have only faced minor issues with leakages once, which I fixed myself. Since then, I haven't encountered any problems. Power backup is available for common areas like lights and lifts only. The quality of the roads within the society is somewhat underdeveloped and could use improvement.
