Good things here
Local railway station,bus stand is at walkable distance. Auto cabs are easily available around the society. Spacious parking for the resident. all the amenities are functional. all the festivals are being celebrated in the society. Power back up connection has been given.
Things need improvement
Minor leakage and seepage issues are there in the society which is resolved by the managing commitee. Visitors parking has not been given in the society.

Good things here
The residents of the society were very amicable, and we used to celebrate all the festivals together, regardless of whether we were renting or owning our homes. The connectivity was excellent, and there was a spacious garden for everyone to enjoy.
Things need improvement
The construction of the apartment has aged significantly, with issues emerging in the functionality of the lifts. Additionally, it was disappointing that the clubhouse required payment for use, which was not ideal.

Good things here
The connectivity is solid, and the overall maintenance of the society is on point. It's just a beautiful place overall.
Things need improvement
The metro is quite a distance from the society, which I find inconvenient, and the roads to the market aren't in the best shape either, which is a bit frustrating.

Good things here
The society has top-notch Maintained and Cleanliness facility. School, Malls are available nearby. CCTV Camera, lifts are available. Gym, swimming pool and parking facilities are great. Overall social life is good. People celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
The society does not have a nearby metro and residents have to travel long way to reach the metro station. This issue is faced by them that they have to take long routes to reach their destination as the connectivity of the society is not up to the mark.

society has the best connectivity like you want it you get it,cabs ,auto,school,hospitals everything.societys atmosphere is quite peaceful.

issue resolution process can be improve.society should enhance maintaining facility .everything in the society is perfect.

Good things here
There is no traffic jam around the society's roads.alloted parking has been provided for resident.no frequent power cuts issues.reasonable maintainace amount.

No alloted parking for guest.bachelor's are not allowed.sometime we have seepage issues but its not that bad and managable.

Good things here
Women safety has been priorities,high security system.garden area is quite big and beautiful,kids play area and senior citizens park is also there.good connecticity and maintainance.all the festivals has been celebrated together,even though sports activities has been conducted.

Construction has become old and sometimes there were plumbing and seepage problem.

Power back up facilities has been provided and best thing is it is not chargable to resident. managing commitee is attentive towards resident's issue. connectivity is top notch.

There is no as such amenities in the society ,yeah earlier there was swimming pool and club house but now its been closed beacause of low maintainance and resident were not using them frequently. seepage issues are there sometimes as construction has become too old.

Good things here
International school is just in front of the society gate.metro 4 km ,hospital 3 km,rapid metro system just within 200 meter.overall the connectivity is great.24/7 water and electricity supply.club house swimming pool,central park ,kids play area is there and has been very well maintained.even there is beautiful temple inside the campus.
Things need improvement
Bachelor's are not allowed in the society.sometime seepage issues are there inside the units.

Location vise this society is easily approachable. connecticity of the apartment is quite impressive.
Things need improvement
Poor build quality,some of the units faces leakage and seepage issues. maintaince system is not up to the mark. amenities can be improve.
