Good things here

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are readily available within the society, and booking Ola or Uber within the premises is super convenient. During the challenging times of COVID, the association really stepped up; they organized vaccinations for senior citizens right within the society, which was a huge relief. We're lucky to have vegetable vendors coming in weekly, and the sense of community here is amazing - everyone's friendly and respectful. Public transportation, including buses, is conveniently located within 50 meters from the society, easily accessible on foot. Buses even run within the society itself. While the metro nearby is still under construction, it's promising for the future. Parking is a breeze with ample space available. Water facilities are top-notch, and we've got reliable power backup. Garbage collection is on point, happening daily. And let's not forget the fantastic amenities - swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and a kids' play area, all well-maintained and ready for use. It's truly a great community to be a part of.

Things need improvement

It's unfortunate that the construction quality isn't up to par, with widespread seepage issues causing regular maintenance headaches. Balconies and guest rooms seem to be particularly prone to leaks. On the bright side, visitor parking is a definite plus - it's conveniently available, making it easy to accommodate guests, especially during functions or events.

The locality of our society is known for being sociable and peaceful. We benefit from excellent 24/7 water facilities and consistent power backup. Garbage collection practices are efficient, with separate disposal for wet and dry waste. Ample and spacious parking areas are available within the society. Public transportation is conveniently accessible within walking distance, enhancing convenience for residents. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are not only available but also well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable living environment. There is also a designated area for visitor parking within the society premises. Metro stations are conveniently located nearby, further improving connectivity for residents.

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are available and well-maintained in the society. Public transportation is very near the society, around 100 meters within walking distance from the society. Cleaning of the society is very good; the housekeeping is doing well in the society. Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society; if we book Ola and Uber in the society. People are very respectable in the society. Maintenance is very good.

Things need improvement

Construction quality is poor because it is an old building, around 15 years old, so there are minor issues like leaks in the roof of the building. There are also seepages in the bathrooms, which is inconvenient. Maintenance of the lift is very poor; it is always under repairs but the issues are not resolved immediately.

The amenities provided were well-maintained and enjoyable, with the gym and parks being particular highlights. The CCTV coverage and security measures were robust, providing a safe environment. Parking was ample for both residents and guests, and the stray dogs were well-managed.

The swimming pool was occasionally dirty, which was disappointing. As bachelors, we often had difficulties with the management and some neighbours, making social interactions a bit strained. Getting Ola and Uber rides was a challenge due to the location, which was frustrating.

Autos, cabs and public transport are easily available nearby the society. The society's construction quality is great with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and it gets good ventilation and sunlight. Maintenance is excellent with clean lifts, regular cleaning, garbage collection. The amenities are fantastic with a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and parks. The neighbours are friendly and celebrate festivals together.

There are some power cut issues in the society during rainy season but there is also power backup in the society . So no issues at all , its a great society to live in .

The society was constructed approximately 20 years ago, but its quality remains exceptional due to high standards, and regular maintenance services such as painting, waterproofing, electricity, and plumbing are conducted on schedule, ensuring the upkeep of the infrastructure. Facilities within the society are commendable, with no water shortages and excellent water quality. Daily garbage collection is diligently carried out. Amenities like the clubhouse, swimming pool, badminton court, and gym are well-maintained and residents live together like one big family, creating a strong sense of community.

I moved out of his society around 4 years ago. The connectivity is not great because within a 2 to 3 km radius, there are schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and shopping malls available, but it is difficult to commute due to a lot of traffic jams. Residents are not easily accessible to grocery stores either.
