Good things here
The neighborhood is friendly and pleasant, contributing to a comfortable living environment. The railway station is conveniently close, and the airport is also within reasonable distance, which is convenient for travel. Power backup and water supply are great. All basic amenities are available here, gym, swimming pool etc. For children it's nice parks are here, schools, hospitals are nearby. It is a well maintained apartment.

Community engagement is quite frequent , all the festivals are celebrated in the society . No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Good security and parking facilities. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.
Things need improvement
There are no issues in the society at all regarding anything like connectivity , maintenance , construction , amenities and neighbourhood . I am completely satisfied with my society .

Society have amenities like swimming pool , gym , club house , play area and park . Bus stand is just at 2 min walk from the society. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Good security and parking facilities.
Things need improvement
There are a lot of insects in the society . No other issues in the society at all . Society has all the facilities required for a comfortable stay . Maintenance of society is quite great.

No park in the society , i am less interactive didn't attend much festivals , stayed there for just 6 month then covid happened . No other issues in the society.

There is some seepage issues in the building which can be a issue to people living there. No other issues in the society regarding anything. Its a great society to live in.

In this society, having a nice, clean, and well-kept swimming pool is considered a great thing.

In this society, basic things are not taken care of properly, so there are a lot of rats because of dirty conditions and not fixing important stuff.

Here, the management isn't keeping up with regular cleaning, so they really need to step up their maintenance game.
