Good things here
One of the best things about living here is the warm and friendly atmosphere created by our neighbors, it really feels like a close-knit community. Knowing there are CCTV cameras and security guards around gives us peace of mind. The location couldn�t be better, with excellent connectivity and easy access to autos and cabs. I appreciate how they handle garbage collection, always separating wet and dry waste. The elevators are reliable, and we never have issues with electricity or water supply. The construction quality is top-notch, with no issues like seepage or termites, and the ventilation keeps our home fresh. The carpet area is spacious, and having access to a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool is a big plus.
Things need improvement
While I'm excited about the upcoming metro, its construction is ongoing. Sometimes, the amenities aren�t properly maintained, resulting in occasional closures. Despite this, everything else about living here is truly great.

Good things here
Transportation services are quite convenient; cabs can be easily booked in advance. Public transportation, like buses, is available within walking distance from the society. There is also a bus service available nearby. Maintenance is very good, along with excellent water facilities and a reliable power backup. Garbage collection is also very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and party hall are available in the society. Cleaning services in the society are very good. People are very friendly here; we can celebrate various festivals such as Onam, Diwali, New Year, and Independence Day with great enthusiasm.
Things need improvement
Maintenance care is expencive in the society. Construction quality is poor; there are occasional pipe leaks. There is visitor parking available, but we have to pay after 4 hours, which is inconvenient.

Good things here
Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play areas, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. Convenient services like cabs and autos are also available; if booked online, they will come to the society. Shops are available within 1-2 kilometers from the society. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect it every day, ensuring cleanliness. The ceiling of the society is very good and hygienic. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are also available and within walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
Parking is congested in the society. There is no separate parking for visitors, which is very inconvenient. Additionally, there is no metro station nearby, which is very inconvenient.

Good things here
I love the connectivity here, with markets, malls, and restaurants close by. It's easy to find cabs like Ola and Uber, which is super convenient. The society ensures regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation, and there's always a steady supply of electricity and water. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites, and the ventilation is great. We have a well-maintained gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, and the neighbors are really friendly.
Things need improvement
Finding autorickshaws nearby the society can be a challenge, but otherwise, the connectivity is decent. However, the construction quality isn't up to the mark. Even though I'm not a civil engineer, I can tell there's been some negligence, as there are seepage issues.

Good things here
I live here and it�s a great place to stay. The connectivity is excellent with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and the railway station. The airport and hospital are also nearby, which is very convenient. Maintenance is always quick, and the place is kept clean. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. Security is good with CCTV and plenty of parking, including guest parking. There are no stray dogs, which makes it even better. The construction is solid with no issues. The amenities are fantastic with a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubs.
Things need improvement
It�s a great place to live. Everything is perfect here and I do not have any issues at all with Connectivity, Maintenance, Construction, Amenities and Neighbourhood.

Good things here
This society is 30 years old and the construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are well maintained. The area has good connectivity with public transport easily available such as buses, autos, and cabs. There are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Each resident has designated parking and the neighbors are friendly and cooperative. Elevators are installed and maintained, CCTV cameras and security guards ensure safety, and there's regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation.
Things need improvement
Water comes from tankers because of which water issue is there and I have given suggestion to the association regarding issues faced, hoping for their positive results.

Good things here
The cleanliness of footpaths is good, and people are friendly with good interaction among them. Festivals are celebrated well, and connectivity-wise, there's a bus stop, supermarket, grocery store, school within 200 meters, with street lights and ample parking space. Maintenance is excellent with regular cleaning and timely garbage collection. There are good water and power supplies, and the lift functions well. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall.
Things need improvement
The road quality in their society is poor, posing challenges for residents and affecting overall commuting and accessibility within the community.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is great with schools ans hospitals nearby and no issues in getting cabs and autos either. People in the society are friendly, festivals are celebrated together . No issues like leakage , seepage in the building . Maintenance of society is great with no issues with water and electricity supply and proper garbage collection and the lifts are functional . Society has good security and parking facilities .
Things need improvement
No amenities like swimming pool, gym club house park or inddor , outdoor games which makes living here a little boring , other things are good and its a decent society to live in.

Everything is great, the neighborhood is pretty good and nice, gym, shopping complex all are available here. The transportation is also pretty well, everything is fine. The cleanliness, parking, greenery, ventialation--everything is being taken care of.
