Good things here
The cleanliness is fine, well maintained. The basic amenities are there like gym, parks, greenery is there as well. The neighbors are good and nice. Speaking about transportation, it's fine though but for buses, it's not available from here it's 1. 5km from here, so we either need to go via auto/uber. One more thing, if I have any issue like need of then plumber, then it takes lot long, even noone responds for that. Apart from it, sometimes lift doesn't work but it is repaired quickly.

Good things here
I like the easy availability of auto and cabs, absence of traffic issues, satisfactory parking and ventilation that have made me happy over the 12 years I've lived in this society. The presence of gym, clubhouse, and play area, along with the cooperative nature of the residents, is appreciated. The two passenger elevators are also beneficial.
Things need improvement
I dislike the clubhouse not being well-furnished, despite its maintenance, and would prefer improvements in this area. Hygiene standards and garbage disposal are satisfactory.
