Good things here
good community to liv,only the swimming pool is not in working condition but rest all is very good this is the only community with out maintenance charges the only thing is move in charges are payable like it will be like 10k but this is also a reasonable

Things need improvement
only the swimming pool is not in working conditions that is the only disadvantage but the builder and residential area in discussing about the reset up the swimming pool
