The maintenance of the society is commendable, with well-maintained elevators and clean common areas due to regular cleaning practices. Garbage collection occurs punctually every day. The construction quality is impeccable, with no issues such as seepage or cracks. Flats in the society are available at affordable prices.
In this society, the few residents are not well-behaved and do not adhere to the association rules. Additionally, there are no community gatherings. The lack of amenities such as a gym or play area for children is noticeable, and the roads are also in poor condition.

The society is small and less crowded, providing a peaceful environment free from noise and disturbances.
Urgent attention is required to address the leakage issue emanating from the bathroom side walls, as it poses a threat to the structural integrity and cleanliness of the premises.

I moved out of this community about a year and a half ago. It's a small, close-knit neighborhood comprising around 40 families. The connectivity is good with nearby schools, clinics, supermarkets, small hotels, and bus stops all around a 2 km radius of the society. During my time there, the surroundings were serene and lush with plenty of trees. All the housing units are 2BHK flats, and the maintenance services are excellent, including daily cleaning and round-the-clock water supply. There's one elevator in the community, which is well-maintained with monthly servicing. Ground floor parking is ample and secure. Additionally, there are reliable power backups in all common areas. The residents of the society are friendly, and there's a strong sense of community with vibrant celebrations for various festivals throughout the year.
I recently visited a society where the surroundings were polluted due to ongoing construction. There were complaints of leakage due to a lack of construction quality.
