Connectivity is good and easily accessible within the area. Water supply is reliable, and there are good power backups in place. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. The community is very well organized. Parking area is spacious, with visitor parking available. Green spaces are well-maintained in the society.
There are certain areas not meeting budgetary constraints. There are two large infrastructure aspects of the society. Maintenance expenses are higher. The amenities should be improved for convenience.

This is a villa community with extensive garden areas featuring well-maintained greenery and amenities such as a gym, badminton court, and swimming pool. There is robust security at the entrance, supported by a CCTV system. Maintenance is excellent, ensuring cleanliness and providing a consistent water supply for all residents. The construction quality is also commendable, with ample space between each villa.
The only issue is that the community is a bit distant from the city, so there are no shopping malls or supermarkets nearby, and the metro station is also far away.

I moved out of this society around 2 to 3 years ago. During my time there, the maintenance was commendable, with no water problems even in summer. The community's roads were always clean, and the greenery was well-maintained. Amenities such as play areas, a gym, and a swimming pool were easily accessible to residents. The construction quality of the villas was excellent, with no problems related to construction quality. All festivals were celebrated together.
This is a villa community located away from the main part of the city, so the connectivity here is not great.
