Good things here
Connectivity, like cabs and Uber, are easily available, ensuring convenience for residents. The area is very prime, making it highly desirable. Water facilities are excellent, available round the clock. Power backup is also reliable. Waste management is efficient; they collect waste and recycle it properly. Amenities like swimming pools, gyms, and kids' play areas are abundant, making living here very comfortable. Greenery adds to the beauty and tranquility of the environment. Parking spaces are sufficient, ensuring ease of access. The pathways are well-lit for safety during nighttime. There's also a community hall and a party hall available, perfect for social gatherings. We can also avail ourselves of various events, making life here very enjoyable.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good because the site is old, and some issues arise due to this. Maintenance charges are also high. Public transportation is available but at a considerable distance. The metro station is far away as well.

Living in our society is exceptionally comfortable, thanks to proactive management of any concerns. Security measures are robust, ensuring a safe environment for all residents to enjoy peace of mind.

Ride-hailing services are unreliable in our society, which makes transportation very inconvenient. Additionally, traffic congestion around the area exacerbates the issue, leading to delays and difficulties in commuting.

Reliable connectivity for online deliveries such as Zepto and Big Basket is crucial and appreciated. Good things here
The environment is peaceful, and the people are friendly and helpful. We celebrate many festivals together, such as Bonalu, Bathukamma, and Diwali. Within the community, we have supermarkets, and a bus stop and hospital are just a 2-minute walk away. The roads are in good condition, the street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. The amenities include table tennis, a basketball court, a badminton court, a gym, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a children's play area, and a walking track. Maintenance-wise, the premises are cleaned properly every day, and there are no issues with water or power. The lift is well-functioning, and garbage is collected daily.
Things need improvement
Communication between the association and owners in this society needs improvement. Better coordination and more regular updates could enhance transparency and ensure that residents' concerns are promptly addressed.

Good things here
Our apartment complex is built really well, with lots of space and nice surroundings. The apartments have good airflow and balconies, and it's easy to get around inside. We've got supermarkets, stores, ATMs, and lots of fun stuff like pools, tennis courts, gyms, and playgrounds, all within a short walk. Maintenance is on point with daily garbage pickup, and we always have water and electricity. The location is handy too, with schools nearby and good roads with plenty of parking. People here are friendly and educated, and we get along well.
Things need improvement
Parking issues can be a big headache for a lot of neighborhoods. One way to tackle them is by doing a parking study. This means checking out how parking is used in the area and figuring out where the problems are. Once we know what's going on, we can come up with some solutions to make parking better for everyone.

All amenities including a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are readily available. The security system is robust, supported by security guards and comprehensive CCTV camera coverage throughout the society. The elevators are installed and maintained to high standards, ensuring reliable service for all residents.

There are no nearby cabs or autos available. There is a park in front of the society, but waiting there can be inconvenient. The cleaning services are not being carried out properly.
