Good things here
From my experience, the construction quality of our society is excellent. The flats are spacious and well-ventilated, and I haven't encountered any issues with seepage or leakage. I'm pleased to have access to amenities like the gym, swimming pool, club house, and gardens, all of which are well-maintained and contribute to a comfortable living environment. The residents here are friendly and cooperative, which adds to the sense of community and makes living here enjoyable. I appreciate the commendable maintenance services provided by the management team. They are timely and efficient, ensuring that all needs are addressed promptly, including garbage collection, which is done on schedule. The overall cleanliness of the society is well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. I'm very satisfied with the condition and upkeep of our society. It's a well-maintained community that offers a high quality of living.
Things need improvement
In my experience, the society is overall quite good, but there are areas where improvements could enhance the living experience. Specifically, I believe there should be improvements in the surrounding locality and connectivity to make it more convenient for residents. However, within the society itself, I haven't encountered any significant issues.

Good things here
Garbage collection is always on time, and the lifts and CCTV work perfectly. Security guards take their responsibilities seriously. . our neighbors are friendly and coperative ,We celebrate all festivals like Holi, Diwali together in the community hall. We also organize cultural events there. We have a gym, swimming pool, and playground for the kids. There's even a beautiful garden where everyone enjoys spending time. During the summer, we all have a blast swimming in the pool. It's a lot of fun!The metro is nearby, and there are plenty of grocery stores. Schools are also plentiful near the society. We have parking spaces, so we never face any issues, and there's even allotted guest parking in the society. Street lights work properly,
Things need improvement
The external paint hasn't been done for a long time, and it's faded. It doesn't look good from the outside of the society. Other than that, there are no other issues.

Around the society, everything was easily accessible - autos, shops, malls, markets, and grocery stores were nearby. The construction quality was good, and there were no issues with ventilation. Modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and garden were available. Neighbors celebrated festivals like Holi and Diwali together joyfully. Cleaning and hygiene were well-maintained. Lifts, CCTV, and security guards were properly managed.
Things need improvement
However, there were problems with drainage and a significant issue with cockroaches in some rooms. Other than these issues, everything was running smoothly there.

Good things here
Living here is incredibly convenient! Autos and cabs are readily available, and the main road is nearby, making transportation easy. The lifts are functional, and the garden is well-maintained and clean. There are no issues with leakage or seepage, and the people here are friendly and cooperative. Additionally, there are no water or electricity cuts, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
Things need improvement
While everything appears to be good, it would be beneficial to have more community engagement activities to foster a stronger sense of community and interaction among residents.

Good things here
I love our society! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything. Maintenance is top-notch, keeping our surroundings pristine. The build quality is excellent, and I've had no issues. Amenities like the gym and park are fantastic. The friendly neighbors make it feel like a real community. It's a joy living here!

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden is available. Lift is available. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Regrettably, there is no tennis court available in the society. The absence of this recreational facility limits residents' options for sports and physical activities within the community.

There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is on the main road. Hospitals are located nearby the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such, the construction quality is good. gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society in amenities. All are properly maintained. Parking space is available and quite spacious. Society is kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. No major traffic issues are faced outside the society. Parking space is available and quite spacious. Visitor's parking space is also available.
Things need improvement
There are so many people, so the areas in amenities gets crowded sometimes. Amenities needs to be bigger for everyone to use. For tenents only family members are allowed in the society.
