Connectivity like cabs and autos is not available in the society, which is very inconvenient. Public transportation options like buses are also not available in the society. The roads in the society are not properly laid. Power cuts are frequent in the society. Maintenance charges are very expensive in the area. Facilities like grocery stores, markets, and supermarkets are far from the society, approximately 1 km away, which is inconvenient. Amenities like clubhouse and gym are very small in the society.

Every maintenance service is good in the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with cracks or other defects. The maintenance of the society is very good. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 2-3 rupees per square foot. Water facility is good in the society, available 24/7.
The roads are not well-maintained in the society. Garbage collection is not done properly, with intervals of up to 3 days, causing inconvenience to the residents. Street lights are not sufficient, as there are none in the society. Additionally, there are many street dogs in the society, posing a danger. The garbage collection issue is particularly dangerous for kids.
