The construction quality is really top-notch, no issues with seepage or termites in the apartments, and there's plenty of ventilation. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are always well-maintained, which is great. Connectivity is also a big plus, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby is super convenient. Electricity and water supply have never been a problem. The neighbors are incredibly friendly and cooperative, always ready to lend a hand. Plus, the garbage collection is done regularly with proper wet and dry segregation.
The only thing that bothered me a bit was the distance to the metro station�it�s almost 2 kilometers away, so I sometimes had to rely on autos, which isn't my favorite. But honestly, aside from that, everything else was just perfect. I had no other issues living in the society at all.

Connectivity and local transportation are easily available in the suburb, making it very convenient for the residents. Public transportation is reliable, and areas are easily accessible. Every maintenance service is very good. Construction quality is good; there are no issues in the infrastructure. The amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, kids' play area, and indoor games, all of which are well-maintained. Hospitals are available within 1-2 km for emergencies. Parking is sufficient, and there are designated spaces for residents.
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The roads are newly constructed, from 6 months onwards, so there is a lot of dust in the area, which is very inconvenient. In the basement, there is no proper ventilation, which is an issue.

The connectivity is fine, you can book ride from here, ola/uber anything. The cleanliness and maintenance is great as well. People are good here, I mean it depends on you also how readily you mingle along. Gym is availablehere, shopping complex is also within walkin distance near the utarlai main road.
There is park available for primary kids only. My one child is 8yrs old but the park is not useful for him, as it's too small for him. The clubhouse is too small, not more than 25 people can be there at a time. Swimming pool is there but it's a bit outside the society.

Amenities such as a table tennis court, play area, gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse enrich the community experience.
The road leading to the society has numerous potholes, causing inconvenience. Additionally, some residents dispose of garbage irresponsibly, contributing to littering issues in the surroundings.

Connectivity in the society is excellent; cabs are available upon booking Ola and Uber. Water facilities are top-notch, available 24/7. Amenities are well-maintained; the gym is equipped with good quality equipment and is spacious. The clubhouse is also spacious. The swimming pool is well-maintained, with regular cleaning making it enjoyable for kids, especially in the summer. Indoor games are also well-maintained. The park in the society is excellent. Cleaning of the society is very thorough and hygienic. Security is robust, with numerous CCTV cameras at the gates and around the flats. No one can enter without permission from the society.
Parking space is limited in the society, and the visitor parking area is also inadequate, accommodating only 7-8 cars, which is inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, amounting to around 7000 rupees.
