Connectivity, such as access to cabs and availability of data for e-books, is essential in this society. Water facilities are reliable, and there are power backups in place. Garbage collection is efficient. The clubhouse is the primary amenity available in this society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and parking is available, including designated visitor parking. Hospitals are easily accessible. Public transportation is within walking distance. The society features green spaces, nearby stores, and a well-maintained swimming pool among its facilities.
Things need improvement
There are no nearby restaurants, which is inconvenient for residents. Security measures are unsatisfactory. The cleanliness of the building, both inside and outside, is inadequate, causing discomfort. Amenities like the swimming pool, gym, and tennis courts are not well-maintained, diminishing their usefulness. However, there are some grocery stores nearby, which is convenient for residents.

Good things here
I lived in this community, everything was very convenient. Connectivity was great with easy access to auto rickshaws, cabs, and the metro. Maintenance was always reliable l, and everything was kept clean. The construction was solid with no cracks or leaks. The amenities like the garden, swimming pool, gym, and parks were well-maintained and enjoyable. Security was good with CCTV cameras, and there was plenty of parking, including spaces for guests. Stray dogs were managed well.
Things need improvement
When I used to live in this community, one thing I noticed was that there was less interaction with the neighbours. This made it feel a bit less friendly. But everything else was good.

Good things here
This is a nice place to live. There are autos and cabs available, and the metro and railway station are nearby. The roads are good. The lift works fine, and the cleaning is done well. Garbage collection is regular, and the water tank is kept clean. There is no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the buildings. There is good ventilation and plenty of sunlight. There is a garden, a play area for kids, a swimming pool, a gym, clubs, and a park. The neighbours are very friendly
Things need improvement
My experience in this society has been outstanding. The facilities are excellent, and the environment is peaceful, making it a perfect place for a comfortable stay.

Good things here
Greenery is sufficient. Lifts are well maintained. The society is very secure. Cleanliness is up to the mark. Water is available 24/7. Residents are cooperative. There is no issue of leakage or seepage. Public transport is easily available from the society.
Things need improvement
In the society, there are no personal amenities; instead, there is a club attached to the society where all modern amenities are available for residents to use. There is a significant traffic issue near the society because the roads outside the society are very busy.

Good things here
The neighbors are good, very friendly. Uber/ola, buses all are available from here. The market is also nearby. The society is little old like it's mad efrom 2004. But the maintenance is great no issue with anything at all. Everything is good and any maintenance is just one call away.

Neighbors are decent and educated. They are supportive and interactive. Public transport is available nearby the society. There is no issue like seepage and cracks in the building. Gardens and parks are available in the society.

There is no problem at all in the society. You can enjoy every facility within the society. Fully satisfied with all the amenities and facilities in the society.
