We celebrate many festivals together, such as Karnataka Rajyotsava, Holi, Diwali, Onam, Independence Day, Republic Day, New Year, and Christmas. Amenities include a children's play area, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, swimming pool, walking track, and community hall. Connectivity is excellent, with supermarkets, grocery stores, a bus stop, and medical shops within 1 km. The street lights are working, and there is good parking space. Maintenance is thorough, with proper cleaning and daily garbage collection. There are no issues with water and power supply, and the lift maintenance is very good. Construction quality is excellent.
The road is dusty due to ongoing metro construction in the society, causing inconvenience for residents. Addressing this issue promptly will help improve air quality and overall living conditions.

Parking area is very spacious in the society, and there is also a visitor parking area available.
Construction quality is not good in the society; there are some leaks and seepage issues in walls, bathrooms, and bedrooms, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Facilities are far from the society, within a distance of about 2 kilometers, which is very inconvenient.
