The building is 25 years old, and the surrounding people are friendly and cooperative. We celebrate many festivals together, such as Karnataka Rajyotsava, Holi, Diwali, Onam, Independence Day, Republic Day, New Year, and Christmas. Amenities include a children's play area, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, swimming pool, walking track, and community hall. Connectivity is excellent, with supermarkets, grocery stores, a bus stop, and medical shops within 1 km. The street lights are working, and there is good parking space. Maintenance is thorough, with proper cleaning and daily garbage collection. There are no issues with water and power supply, and the lift maintenance is very good. Construction quality is excellent.
Things need improvement
The road is dusty due to ongoing metro construction in the society, causing inconvenience for residents. Addressing this issue promptly will help improve air quality and overall living conditions.

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good in the society, available 24/7. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good in the society. Ventilation of flats is very good. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society, and there is also a visitor parking area available.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good in the society; there are some leaks and seepage issues in walls, bathrooms, and bedrooms, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Facilities are far from the society, within a distance of about 2 kilometers, which is very inconvenient.

One covered parking space is available. Amenities include a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, walking track, party hall, and children's play area. Maintenance is regular, with daily garbage collection. There is a reliable water and power supply, and the lift is properly functioning.

During rainfall, leakages occur in the society, causing inconvenience and potential damage. Addressing these issues promptly is crucial to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.

Public transportation like buses is available within a walking distance, around 100 meters from the society. Hospitals are nearby, within a 1 km radius, which is very convenient. The metro station is also near the society, around 500 meters away, making it very convenient. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
Traffic issues are nearby the society, so it is very inconvenient during nights. Pollution is present because of ongoing construction, leading to both sound and dust pollution
