Good things here
Society's highlight is its best connectivity. Construction has been carefully designed using durable materials to prevent any damage or leaks, showcasing our commitment to quality and attention to detail. Amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained. The parking facility is crucial for ensuring that residents and visitors have convenient access to parking spaces. Furthermore, our society is equipped with operational CCTV cameras and elevators. These features enhance the overall safety and convenience for everyone living here. The CCTV cameras provide security surveillance, while the elevators make it easier for residents, especially those with mobility challenges, to access different floors seamlessly.
Things need improvement
There were no swimming pools, and cleanliness was not properly maintained. Installing swimming pools can significantly enhance the standards of the society.

Good things here
Connectivity here is good; cabs are easily available within a walkable distance if I book them in advance. Water facilities are very good, and there is also power backup available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect waste daily and keep the area clean. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are available in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are very convenient. Hospitals are within a walkable distance, making it very convenient for emergencies.
Things need improvement
Public transportation like buses is far from the society, around 1-2 kilometers, which is very inconvenient. The metro station is even farther away, approximately 7-8 kilometers from here. There is no visitors' parking in the society. However, there is traffic outside the society.

Good things here
As a former resident who stayed there 3 years ago, I found the connectivity to be very good. There were no issues with getting around, and maintenance was handled well with regular cleaning and garbage collection. These aspects made living there a bit easier despite other issues.
Things need improvement
When I lived there 3 years ago, there were many problems. The place had cockroaches, termites, and some cracks in the walls. The clubhouse was not functional, and the association and management were harsh, biased, and not great at all. This made it very hard for us to live there, so we eventually left the society. The neighbourhood was very bad as well.

Good things here
Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.
Things need improvement
Its an old building hence there is some leakage , seepage issue in the apartments . No other issues in the society ,which can create major problems for residents living here.

One of the positive aspects of this society is the high level of respectability among its people, coupled with excellent connectivity due to the presence of international schools, multi-specialty hospitals, clinics, and a robust security system within the community.
Things need improvement
The major problems in this society stem from poorly maintained amenities, lack of proper equipment in the gym, and subpar cleanliness standards in the pool area, reflecting an overall state of neglect in maintenance.

The society offers excellent transportation facilities, with cabs readily available around the clock. Amenities such as a gym, a swimming pool, garden areas, and a well-maintained play area contribute to a high standard of living. Moreover, the construction quality is top-notch, with no issues of leakage, and there is a consistent water supply for all residents.

The only problem in this society is that maintenance charges are expensive, which is a concern for residents.
