It's convenient to access schools, theaters, bus stops, and supermarkets within a 1 km radius. Street lights function well, and there's ample parking space. Maintenance is outstanding, ensuring cleanliness and regular garbage collection. We enjoy 24/7 water and power supply, and the lifts are reliable. Amenities like table tennis, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, community hall, kids' play area, and garden add to our quality of life.
Things need improvement
The community is dealing with poor road quality issues, which are causing inconvenience for residents and impacting overall accessibility. Urgent repair and maintenance are necessary to enhance the infrastructure of the society.

The society enjoys excellent connectivity. Just outside, we have a school and various amenities within a 5-minute radius, including a salon, bus stop, supermarket, and vegetable market. The roads are well-maintained with street lights and ample parking available. Security is robust with 10 guards ensuring safety, complemented by CCTV cameras in every block that are diligently monitored. For families, amenities like a party hall and children's play area are available.
Things need improvement
The kitchen in our society has inadequate lighting, which makes it inconvenient and unsafe. It's important to improve the lighting right away for better functionality and safety.

Garbage collections are very good; they collect daily and separate specific items in the city. People are very friendly and respectable in the city. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, are very spacious, and the gyms are also well-equipped with good equipment. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the city. People are very respectable in the city.

Construction quality is poor, with issues like stairs and some minor leaks mainly during the rainy season. There is no visitor parking in the city; visitors have to park outside the society.
