Moreover, the regular garbage collection services, along with proper segregation, contribute to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. The presence of well-maintained elevators, reliable electricity and water supply, and excellent construction quality further enhance the overall living experience. Residents also benefit from proper ventilation and good plaster and fitting, ensuring comfortable living conditions. The supportive and friendly nature of the neighbors adds to the sense of community, fostering a supportive environment. Additionally, the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards ensures the safety and security of all residents.

Things need improvement

Good things here

The maintenance charges are reasonable given the society's lack of amenities. Transportation facilities are easily accessible near the society, with essentials, groceries, and chemists nearby. All functions and festivals are celebrated within the society, and the lifts are well maintained. The build quality of the apartment is excellent, with no problems regarding leakages or seepages. There is 24/7 water and electricity supply available in the society. Overall, the living experience in the society was great, peaceful, and calming. The society was well maintained by the maintenance team, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene with daily garbage�collection.

Things need improvement

There was no metro station near the society, and the railway station was far away. This basic building lacks modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, or play area. Only lifts and parking spaces are provided. Allocated visitor parking is not available�in�the�society.

The basic connectivity of the society was good, with schools and hospitals nearby. Auto cabs and bus services were easily accessible. The lifts were well-maintained and operational. There was allocated parking for owners and visitors, and all areas were under CCTV surveillance with guards at each entrance, ensuring resident safety. Cleanliness was maintained with regular mopping, sweeping, and daily garbage collection. The people in the society were cooperative�and�friendly.

Things need improvement

The railway station was far from the society, and the build quality of the apartment was not satisfactory, with issues of leakage and seepage. Renovation work was pending when I left the society, which might address these issues. This is a standalone building lacking modern amenities such as a garden, park, swimming pool, or clubhouse, which is a drawback�of�the�society.

Good things here

I really appreciate the convenience of having reliable public transport available nearby. It makes commuting so much easier. The fact that the lift cameras are working gives me a sense of security, which is great. Also, it's a relief to know that there are no plaster or ceiling issues in the building. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool facilities are fantastic additions, and I enjoy using them regularly. Moreover, the people in the community are incredibly cooperative and helpful, which makes living here a pleasant experience overall.

The area lacks metro connectivity, and the nearest railway station is quite far from our society. It's a basic and older society without any amenities such as a gym, park, or pool. Essentially, it's a small campus with minimal facilities available�to�residents.

Good things here

Rooms were quite spacious and attached balcony were there with units. maintenance charges were reasonable in the society. Crowd of the people were really good and they were very helpful and decent. Area around the society is really very peaceful and calm. Lifts were very well maintained in the society.

Things need improvement

Society is away from the main road,s the connectivity was poor like railway station ,bus stop,metro was 1. 5 hours away from the society ,There is no good schools and hospitals near by the society. There are zero amenities in the society even parking is not that good in the society. There was no security as such in society as there were no cctv in the society.

Good things here

Security system is great in the society. All the owner has allocated parking space. Rooms of the apartment were spacious and attached balcony was there in the units.

Things need improvement

Locality is just pathatic,there is slum area beside the society so the surounding is not clean at all. Society is bit inside the main road so connectivity id poor,ola uber are not able to enter. There is drainage issue around the society. There are no amenities in the society. visitors paking is not present in the society. crowd of the people were not friendly and helpful. Rooms are not isolated.

Roads outside the society is of good quality no water logging issues and no traffic around the society. Society is very neat and clean security system is great. Maintenance charges are reasonable.
