Good things here
I really like living in this housing society. Getting around the city is a breeze because the connectivity is great. The construction is solid, so it feels safe and comfy. The social life is lively, with friendly people who make the community feel welcoming. Plus, it's budget-friendly, so it's a good option if you're looking for something affordable without sacrificing quality.
Things need improvement
The building is old, and the maintenance isn't always the best, which can sometimes make the surroundings look a bit shabby. There�s no pool and not many other amenities, which can be a letdown if you�re looking for more recreational options. Despite these issues, the great connectivity, solid construction, and awesome social life make it a nice place to live.

Good things here
The connectivity was excellent, and you had easy access to public transport. The roads outside the society were in good shape too. It's fantastic that you didn't experience any leaks or seepage issues in your flat. Plus, having all modern amenities available and well-maintained must have been convenient. Despite the society being 25 years old, it's impressive that the maintenance was still good, ensuring no issues. It's always reassuring to have reliable security, and it's wonderful that the residents were friendly
Things need improvement
In the society, power backup was only available for the common areas and lifts, not for individual flats. Additionally, there was limited parking available inside the society premises for visitors.

Good things here
The residents of the society were decent and cooperative. I didn't face any issues of leakage or seepage in my flat, and there was always enough water supply. The cleanliness was well-maintained. The swimming pool was large and of good quality. Public transport was easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
Parking was severely limited in the society, and there was no designated parking for visitors, so they had to park their vehicles outside. While my flat didn't have any issues with leakage or seepage, other flats did experience such problems. The society had a gym and a garden, but considering the number of residents, they were insufficient.
