It's disheartening to note the shortcomings in the society's transportation infrastructure, particularly the lack of convenient access to metro and inadequate cab facilities. This can pose significant challenges for residents, especially those reliant on public transportation for their daily commute. Furthermore, the state of the roads being dirty not only diminishes the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings but also raises concerns about hygiene and sanitation. The presence of stray dogs further exacerbates these issues, posing potential safety risks and causing discomfort to residents. These shortcomings collectively detract from the overall quality of life in the society, highlighting the need for urgent attention and improvement in these areas to ensure a safer and more comfortable living environment for all.

Good things here
The mall, market and hospital areas all are available outside the society. The roads outside the society are in good condition and there are no traffic issues faced around the society. The society is very peaceful for living. The society is very good in ventilation and proper spaces are available. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. No major issues regarding electricity, It's perfectly available all the time. The construction quality is very sturdy, wall quality is very good. Windows and doors are also fine. All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. CCTV services are available in the society. The people are overall good and social in the society, people are friendly, all cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Alloted Parking space is available.
Things need improvement
Occationally public transport is available, Everytime public transport is not available outside the society. Cabs are also limited. Visitor's parking space is not available in the society. Most of the times elevators stops working and maintenance is not done on time. Sometimes during peak summer and monsoon we face scarcity of water supply as society has to get it from the tankers. Even water quality is not good, the water that comes in the flush is really very dirty.

Advanced security measures including CCTV surveillance and fast lifts prioritize safety and comfort. With uninterrupted electricity supply and impeccable maintenance, seepage is a non-issue, ensuring a serene environment. Residents enjoy the lush beauty of our park and the fitness perks of a well-equipped gym, promoting health and well-being. In every aspect, our society embodies comfort, security, and vibrant community spirit. Fire exits are also present along with training which was provided to all the people of the society in case of emergency that they should not panic and handle the situation with bravery.
Things need improvement
The wifi connection is a bit unstable in the society as mentioned by them. During night it is very difficult to access internet in the area. Wifi is perfectly fine but the problem arises because of the area.

Good things here
All basic facilities are available in my society, and I don't face any issues. The construction quality is good, so there are no problems with seepage or plaster fittings. Maintenance services are good, and there's power backup. We don't face any problems with water supply, and cleanliness is maintained. Connectivity is good, and the roads are well-built, so there are no issues with waterlogging. Nearby, we have markets, schools, and hospitals. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and park are also available.
Things need improvement
According to me, there's nothing in the society that needs improvement because all the facilities are available here.

Good things here
Metro station is situated at a walking distance from Bhoomi Valley society. School, hospitals, malls and shopping complexes are also available near the society . The people living in society are decent and helpful. Whenever there is any requirement or some problem faced by someone then the neighbours come in unity to offer help . Parking spot is appropriate, every resident has been alloted dtheir own parking area and no one parks at any other place. Traffic is moderate and not very problematic. Garbages and waste collection are very very efficiently. Elevatora are safe. CCTV cameras are installed all around the society including the lift. Playground and clubhouses are present and very well maintained. Open area is also appropriate in the area as no buildings are conjusted to each other.
Things need improvement
Fire exits or additional staircases are not present in case of emergencies and people have to use the regular part itself if any emergency happens. A slight drawback of seepage and leakage and also faced by the people living there. Water logging is extremely common especially in front of the main road near the society which troubles the people a lot who are living there and going out with clean clothes and formals.

It's also wonderful to hear about the availability of amenities such as swimming pools, play areas, and gyms, which promote health, wellness, and recreation within the community. Moreover, having good and helpful neighbors fosters a sense of support, creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.

It is an amazing society with all the facilities and even if some sort of problem arises such as water leakage through taps or some switch boards or plug points not working properly, then the maintainence make sure that issue resolution is made to the soonest.

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it.
Things need improvement
In amenities and facilities there is nothing available in the society. There are various age group people in the society, but there is no club house and play area made in the society for the people to access. Table tennis and indoor games needs to be installed. There are lifts in the society, but most of the time lifts doesn't work properly. In some floors lifts didn't stop, we had to go by stairs on different floors to take the lift. Lift is closed now and it's not functional.

The problem of seepage and water logging has been faced by the people. The proximity if which is extreme and make the condition of the building worst. It has been also found that paintaing and waterproofing has been ignore for many years which needs to be conducted urgently.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Gym is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. society is bachelor friendly. No such major electricity issues was faced. Power backup is available Painting quality and water proofing is good. Parking space is alloted to all residents. open spaces and ground is available.
Things need improvement
No balconies, swimming pool, or play area available. Elevators not well-maintained, posing concerns. These absences impact overall comfort and recreation.

Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. the road conditions around the society are perfectly fine, street light are properly functional at night as well. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Issues are resolved on time related to electrical, water and plumbing issues. The construction quality is quite better than other societies. There are no seepage and leakage issues. The rooms are properly ventilated with access to sunlight in all rooms. Balcony is quite big enough. Facilities and amenities like gym, club house is are available in the society. Amenities are peoperly maintained. Lifts are available and it functional properly. CCTV cameras are installed. Community in the society is good as people are very friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. No major water logging issues happens. Mobile network works absolutely fine.
Things need improvement
The society has got no swimminng pool made. Apart from that everything is well to do in the society.
