The connectivity here is exceptional, with a plethora of transportation options readily available nearby, ensuring easy access to various destinations. Everything one could need, from market areas to schools and restaurants, is conveniently located within a short distance, simplifying daily errands and activities. Parking is never a hassle, thanks to the spacious and well-organized parking facilities provided to all residents. Moreover, the society's maintenance services are top-notch, with cleanliness and hygiene being diligently upheld through regular cleaning and timely garbage collection. Security is a priority, with the presence of vigilant security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring residents' safety and peace of mind. The excellent construction quality of the buildings, coupled with the absence of seepage and leakage issues, underscores the reliability and durability of our infrastructure. Furthermore, our society fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly neighbors and a vibrant community spirit that comes alive during cultural events and festivals celebrated together. With amenities like gyms, swimming pools, and play areas for kids, along with the convenience of 24/7 water supply and electricity, living here is truly a privilege.
There is no guest parking inside the society, parking has to be done outside the society. There are 4 blocks in the society but all blocks are treated differently, I feel it's overall a society so equal treatment to all blocks needs to be considered.

Local railway station are available at the walking distance, Auto's are easily accessible and for buses we have to take a walk of 10 minutes from the society. Society is hygenic and well maintained, Fast issues resolution were given for eletrical, plumbing and carpentry. We have P3 level parking in the society. In my house we had one balcony and we received ample sunlight and ventilation and there was a ramp for comman balcony and the view was amazing. We had power back up system in the society. Within one of the tower we had swimming pool and gym which was functional and well maintained, I lived on 15th floor and refuge area was next to my house and every tower has 3 refuge area one is on 8th, 15, and 24th floor. We had 4 towers in total and each tower consisted 28 floor. People were friendly and supportive. Its a pet friendly society. RWA celebrated utsav, Cultural shows and all the festivals were celebrated. The best thing about the society was Location was excellent and our society was on the Inner road of the plam beach raod and from comman balcony area we could see thane creek.
Once or twice there was power cut because of storm or whether. There was no additional staircase for emergency or fire exit in any of towers. Still there is nothing that i disliked about the society.

Society was good and Connectivity was strong nearby the society Everything was easy to access construction quality was also good ensuring there are no leaks or issues, demonstrating their commitment to maintenance. They offer attractive amenities such as a gym and a swimming pool were well-maintained reflecting their emphasis on quality. Transportation is efficient with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to get around. Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable. The expansive park provides ample space for children to play, enhancing the community's appeal. Known for their hospitality, people in this community are friendly and welcoming.
There was no clubhouse, although everything was good and well-maintained. People of the society were also cooperative. The society needs a renovation; otherwise, everything was pretty well.

Even if there is no water supply for 2-3 days in Navi Mumbai, every home in our society still has water because our society arranges for tankers from outside. Public transport is easily available. There are no traffic issues. The roads near the society are good. The railway station is within walking distance. There is no issue of leakage or seepage in the flats. The residents are decent. Festivals are celebrated. Cleanliness is maintained. Garbage collection happens daily.
In the society, those who paid for parking when purchasing their flat have allocated parking spaces, while others have to park their vehicles outside. Parking for visitors is limited. The area where the society is located does not yet have a metro station.

The society is located in a prime location. Festivals are celebrated together, and programs happen from time to time. Hospitals and markets are nearby. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. Amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. There are also CCTV cameras and security guards are available for safety of the society.
One thing which I would say can be improved is that if the entry and exit gate could be made separate then it would be great, though the current existing gate size itself is so big that there is no such issue.

The place was very clean, and water was always available. The residents were friendly and helpful. I never had any problems with leaks or water damage. It was easy to find autos and buses nearby, and traffic was never an issue.
Since the society was old, the construction reflected its age. Although all the amenities were available, they were outdated and not well-maintained.

Society has good connectivity regarding transportation facilities as there are railway station,bus stand near by the society. Allocated space for parking was available for owners and visitors. Build quality was good there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage. Society was neat,clean and well maintained. All the modern amenities are there like swimming pool,club house,gym etc. and eveything is well maintained.
Cleaniness is major draw back for this society as mopping and sweeping should be done more frequently that usual. Garbage collection should be done on daily basis.

Connectivity of the apartment is great like auto,cabs are easily available. Build quality is really good like there no as such construction defect in the society. proper garbage disposible syetm has been adopted in the society. All the modern amenities are present in the society. Rooms were big and quite spacious in the society.
Overall my living experience in that society was really bad due to that i sold out my flat even below the market value. Crowd of the people is pathatic and ill-mannered p. poor managing committe and zero mainteinance in the society.

Society was very close to the express highway which makes it convenient to connect to other places easily. Quality of the construction is really good ,rooms are pretty spacious and well designed attached with spacious balcony. Basically it was cosmopolitian crowd and everybody were coperative and helpful. High security system as all the areas were under cctv survilance. All the modern amenities were available in the society and tenants were allowed to use those facilities without being charged extra. Maintenance charges were worth according to the facilities they were offering in the society.
Railway station is 2km away from the society. There is no solar panel in the society but generator facilities are available for common areas. There were many stray dogs around the society which was risky for kids play around.

Connectivity of the society is great, schools hospitals, bus stand are at salable distance, auto cabs easily available. Society is neat, clean and hygienic.build quality is great, no leakage and seepage issues around society.
Maintenance facility should also be enhanced. Issues resolution process can be improved in the society.
