Despite moderate connectivity, residents still have access to essential services and nearby areas, albeit with some inconvenience. The construction of the buildings is functional, providing a reliable living environment. Additionally, while amenities are limited, they still cater to basic needs such as recreational areas and communal spaces, enhancing the overall quality of life for residents.

Things need improvement

One significant area of concern for the housing society is the maintenance of the premises. Maintenance standards are lacking, and there is noticeable room for improvement in ensuring cleanliness and addressing maintenance issues promptly and effectively. Enhancing maintenance practices would contribute significantly to creating a more pleasant and well-maintained living environment for residents. Additionally, the amenities provided are insufficient and could be expanded and upgraded to better meet the diverse needs and preferences of residents. Introducing more amenities or enhancing existing ones could significantly improve the quality of life and satisfaction among residents, making the community more attractive and accommodating. These improvements would contribute to a more fulfilling living experience for residents within the housing society.

Good things here

Living in this society has been a delightful experience. The camaraderie among neighbors is exceptional, with a strong sense of community evident in our celebrations of festivals together. The connectivity is superb, with easy access to various modes of public transportation like buses, autos, and cabs, facilitating convenient commuting. The well-maintained roads and the proximity of essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets add to the convenience of daily life. The elevators are not only installed but also well-maintained, ensuring smooth mobility within the buildings. Furthermore, the availability of electricity and water supply, along with excellent construction quality, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings, contribute to a comfortable living environment.

Things need improvement

There are some areas that could be improved. Additionally, the parking facilities restricted only to owners may pose challenges for residents and their guests. Enhancing these aspects would significantly enhance the overall living experience in the society.

Good things here

No leakage or seepage issues were observed in my flat, and ample ventilation allowed sunlight to brighten the rooms. Festivals were celebrated, and the surrounding greenery added to the pleasant atmosphere.

Things need improvement

Living in the society had its fair share of challenges. Firstly, the connectivity wasn't great as there were no autos or buses nearby. Garbage disposal was a big issue since the BMC didn't provide any dustbins in front of the society. Additionally, the lack of OC for the building left everyone feeling frustrated. Arguments were common regarding water supply and parking, which wasn't safe. Security was lacking, with malfunctioning CCTV cameras, and the lifts weren't properly maintained. Modern amenities were also missing, and cleanliness fell short of expectations.

Good things here

I like living in this society, it's has been very pleasant living here. There are parking spaces available. People here are very helpful and cooperative, we celebrate many festivals together. There are no issues regarding seepage, cracks, water supply or electricity supply. There are no issues regarding security too as CCTVs are available here. Road quality is good here so Autos and cabs are easily accessible here. Lift facility is also available in the society.

Things need improvement

Everything is quite good here except the amenities . There are no gyms, swimming pools and club houses available, I expect that these should be constructed here so that we have greater facilities available in the society only, and don't have to go far for availing these. .

Good things here

The society is well connected with good public transport and road access. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. The place is clean with good security, and the staff is friendly. The buildings are well made with no issues in construction. The neighborhood is safe with a good community feeling and nearby shops and cafes.

Sometimes the traffic is heavy, making it hard to reach places quickly. Cleaning is not always done on time. Some apartments have old designs. There is no gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse, and it can get noisy sometimes. Guest parking is also not available

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Maintainace charges are good. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Balcony is available, it is spacious Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. No such major electricity issues was faced. Power backup is available.

Good things here

24/7 water and electricity supply in the society.local transport easy to approach.public transport at walkable distance.each person verified at the entrance.Build quality is top notch no leakage and seepage issues in the society.cleaniness is top notch,time to time mopping and cleaning.friendly environment in between 85 flats.

Good things here

Public transport is easy to approach like Railway station bus stand is near by the society. Rooms of the apartment are quite spacious so the construction quality is good. There is spacious parking area for the residents. HIgh security system and all the areas are under cctv survilance. Crowd of the people is good and they are very coperative and helful. Timely garbage collection is done in the society

This is just 7 floor small building and there are no amenities in the society. There is no power back up facilities in the society. Earlier there were issues regarding seepage but managing committe has taken care of it.

Garbage collection is done on time. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society Paintings and water proofings are done on time. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative. Balcony is also available. Parking is available. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together.

Moreover, the absence of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks impact the overall living experience for residents.
