Good things here

The sense of community is very good in the society; people are cooperative and friendly, creating a welcoming environment. Maintenance of lifts is efficient; any repairs are promptly addressed within 2 days by the association. Amenities like the gym are well-equipped and well-maintained, and there's a special transportation bus available along with the option to use our own vehicles. The swimming pool is also well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking space is spacious. Public transportation like buses is conveniently available within a 50-meter radius of the society. The greenery in the society is abundant. The kids' play area is spacious and enjoyable. Water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is efficient, with daily collection at specified times.

Things need improvement

Construction quality seems to be weak because there are some seepages in the bathrooms, which is quite inconvenient. Additionally, there are minor issues, and nearby traffic problems, particularly during the evenings, can be bothersome. Schools are also situated quite far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away, adding to the inconvenience.

Connectivity is convenient, with essential facilities within a 400-meter walkable distance, including bus stops, supermarkets, vegetable markets, milk shops, hotels, and medical stores. The road condition is good, and basement parking is available, complemented by properly functioning street lights. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, pool table, squash court, community hall, walking track, and garden enhance the living experience. The residents are friendly, cooperative, and engage in conversation, fostering a sense of community. Construction is of high quality, with no cracks on walls and excellent ventilation and sunlight throughout the floors.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society. If we book Ola and Uber, they are also available. The autos are available with a significant amount of consistency. Amenities like swimming pools are well-maintained and the cleanliness of the swimming pool is ensured. The gym is spacious and well-equipped. The clubhouse is also very spacious, featuring facilities such as table tennis, badminton courts, and indoor gaming areas, all maintained well. Maintenance charges are reasonable. The parking area is spacious, and there is also a dedicated visitor parking area. Water facilities are excellent, operating 24/7. Additionally, there is a reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste daily at specific times.

The water facility operates smoothly 24/7. The people in the society are friendly and respectful. Connectivity through cabs and autos is easily accessible when booked. Public transportation like buses is also available within a convenient 30-meter radius from the society, making commuting hassle-free. Facilities such as grocery stores, supermarkets, and vegetable markets are conveniently located nearby, within a walking distance of around 200 meters. The parking area in the society is spacious, adding to the convenience for residents.

These concerns need to be addressed promptly to improve the overall quality of living in the society.

The greatest advantage of living in this society is its proximity to Sobha City. With nearby supermarkets and easy access to daily necessities, convenience is at our fingertips. The availability of bus stops and cab services adds to the accessibility. The maintenance of the society is exemplary, due to the dedication of the association and committee members. Security measures are robust, and the elevators are well-maintained. Complaints within the society are promptly addressed and efficiently resolved. The construction of the buildings is of high quality, ensuring no issues such as leakages and providing excellent ventilation in all rooms. Additionally, the society offers fantastic amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and well-equipped play areas for everyone to enjoy.

I moved out of that society about 2 and a half years ago. During my time there, there was no metro connectivity to reach Manyata Tech Park, which is the IT hub in the area. Residents had to pay charges to park their vehicles inside the premises, and the visitor parking options were also not great.

Additionally, there are several engineering colleges nearby, approximately 3 to 4 kilometers away, including REVA University. The security within the society is commendable, ensuring the safety of its residents. Moreover, the maintenance of the common areas is excellent, with daily cleaning routines and efficient garbage collection services. Even during summer, water availability remains consistent, due to the responsible practices of the association. the society's amenities, such as the clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool, are well-maintained with regular cleaning and thorough inspections.
