It is a posh and well-maintained society with friendly and enthusiastic residents. The amenities provided are top-of-the-line and the presence of 65th Avenue brings with it a rich social life. The club is exquisite, including a whiskey bar and extravagant banquet hall. There are well-known schools like St. Xaviers and DPS International within a 2km radius of the society and a posh play school right by it.
A few towers are still under construction which can cause some inconvenience in the short term (approximately no longer than 6 months.)

The area has good public transport system. cab, and utos facility is really good . roads are well maintained here schools for children are also nearby. there are good parks in our area .

The vicinity is enriched with approximately 5 international schools and colleges within a 2.0 km radius. The society managing committee is actively and wholeheartedly involved in overseeing operations. Despite being 8 years old, the cleanliness and functionality of all amenities are well-maintained. With over 50% open space and more spacious gaps between buildings compared to other societies in the Waked area, it offers a comfortable living environment. A shopping center for daily needs is attached, and various other vendors are available within 500 meters from the society. Notably, more than 80% of residents/tenants have an IT background. The community actively organizes and celebrates national and cultural events collectively.
Three new towers, although delayed, are now in the finishing stage. The road conditions require an upgrade to cement concrete, which is currently pending. There's a need to enhance tree plantation and greenery to reduce air pollution. One notable concern is the congestion on roads during peak hours, specifically between 8:00 am to 10:00 am and in the evening from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

M3M Heights has received its certificate of completion. The occupancy certificate for this project is currently not granted. This is an excellent project especially for the families as there are many schools and colleges nearby. Furthermore, there are parks, a gym, jogging tracks, and open areas for kids to play and remain healthy. Video surveillance cameras and security guards ensure that you and your family always remain safe, even at night.

The community standard here is quite high. You will enjoy the lavish greenery inside. The views are good. Services offered by the internal staff are also commendable. I am a happy customer.
