Good things here
Having an ATM near the society doesn't cause any problems. We have amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, park, gym, and playground, all available, and they're well-maintained. Garbage collection is done on time, and the lift and CCTV cameras work properly. Autos, buses, and everything else are easily accessible, and there's a metro station within 2 kilometers. Malls, markets, and schools are all very close by, and there are no issues with water logging even during the rainy season. We also celebrate all festivals here.
Things need improvement
The number of public transport is low so , Public transport like auto, buses should be increased more, and road construction should be completed quickly,The road construction has been going on for a long time, and it's still not finished. Because of this, we're facing difficulties in going places .

The society's upkeep is commendable. It boasts a diverse array of facilities, including a top-notch gym and an elegant swimming pool, along with a clubhouse that symbolizes the community's dedication to excellence. Navigating the area is easy, thanks to a dependable public transportation network that includes buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. Residents enjoy effortless access to all necessities. Additionally, the expansive park provides ample space for children to relax, further enhancing the community's appeal. Renowned for its welcoming atmosphere and camaraderie, the community is highly regarded for its friendliness.
Things need improvement
The location of the society was not so good; there were no markets and hospitals nearby the society. Otherwise, everything was good and well-maintained.

However, the society has room for improvement in terms of road connectivity. When I lived there, public transport options were limited, making commuting a challenge. Although it's been three years since I left, improving the public transport connectivity would significantly enhance the living experience for current and future residents.

Good things here
Local market is within walking distance. Schools is nearly half km and hospital is in 5-6km range. Swimming pool, basket ball court, gym , clubhouse were well maintained. Social life was also good.

Construction quality is not that good.

Society mein har cheez bilkul best hai, security, housekeeping staff sab badhiya hai. Connectivity bohot badhiya hai. metro hai paas mein, railway station bhi hai 10 minute ki doori pe. Auto, bus sab mil jayega, 10-15 minute ke andar aapko sab mil jayega. Housekeeping staff acha hai, badiya cleaning rehti hai, koi paani ka issue nahi hai. Aapki har pareshani ka samadhan milega yaha. Badhiya lifts hain bilkul, stairs lifts dono hain. Itni safety jitni hamari society mein hain shayad hi kisi society mein honge. Poori society mein CCTV coverage hota hai. Mygate app ke through entry hoti hai society mein. 3 balcony hai har flats mein. Amenities like gym , swimming pool and clubhouse sab hai society mein. Tennis, badminton & basketball courts sab hain society mein.

Jo bhi hain hum bohot satisfied hain, koi issue nahi hai hamare hisaab se jo theek hona chahiye.

All the amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, frisbee area, and park are available in the society, and maintenance of these amenities is satisfactory. Cleaning is carried out daily, and garbage collection is also done regularly. The build quality is good, with no reported leakage issues so far. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. The residents are friendly, and all festivals are celebrated together�in�the�society.
Things need improvement
The main drawback of this society is its lack of connectivity to public transport facilities. This means residents must rely on their own private vehicles, leading to inconvenience and higher living�expenses.
