We enjoy uninterrupted access to electricity and water supply, thanks to reliable 24/7 services. Additionally, our homes boast excellent construction quality, with no issues of termite infestation. The sense of community in our neighborhood is strong, with good and cooperative neighbors who contribute to a friendly atmosphere. Safety is a priority, with CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard ensuring our peace of mind. Environmental responsibility is also upheld through regular garbage collection, which includes segregation of wet and dry waste. Each resident benefits from designated parking spaces, with rules strictly followed to maintain order. Moreover, elevators are installed and well-maintained for easy access to all floors. Residents also have access to modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse, enhancing our quality of life.

The society was Getting around convenient with frequent buses, autos, and taxis. Connectivity was good for the people who have to go for the work daily have the facilities of public transport. Residents had easy access to public transportation, which was especially helpful for those commuting to work daily. Water supply and waste disposal services functioned efficiently. Nearby, grocery stores, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges were within reach. Ample parking spaces were available. A spacious park provided a fun place for children to play. The locals were warm and hospitable. Surveillance cameras and elevators were in good working condition. Communication and internet services were good. .
Overall society was well maintained connectivity was the best. There was no issue with Water supply and electricity. But there was no amanities which should be added to improv the society maintenance.

The buildings here are really well-built, so they're strong and safe. People in this community are really close and often get together for celebrations. We have great facilities like gyms, pools, and a clubhouse that are always taken care of. Also, we don't have any issues with water leaking anywhere. Getting around is easy with lots of buses, autos, and taxis available. Plus, there's plenty of space for parking, so you never have to worry about that. Nearby, you can find everything you need, like grocery stores, schools, and hospitals. Our internet and phone services work great, and basic services like water and electricity run smoothly.
Society is well maintained everything is well maintained and there is no issue in anything cctvs and elevators are also well maintained. People are also kind nature.

The society lacked modern amenities such as a gym or swimming pool. Additionally, there was a slight issue with water supply, particularly for drinking water, especially during the months of May and June.

Overall my living experience in that society was great.Local railway station was just at walkable distance,auto,cabs were available on the entrance.good security system and maintenance facilities .build quality was top notch,no leakage nad seepage issues in the sunits.enough parking space for the resident
Basically this is stand alone building and does not consist of any kind of amenities in the society.

The society is very good with no issues at all. The neighbours are friendly, and the place is well-maintained. We have all the amenities needed for a comfortable living, including a garden and a children's play area. The construction quality is also very good with no leakage or seepage problems. Everything is well-ventilated, and there's plenty of sunlight in the apartments.
There are no major issues with the society itself, the railway station and airport are quite far away, which can be a bit inconvenient for frequent travellers. Apart from this, everything else is great, and the society offers a comfortable and peaceful living environment.

All modern amenities are available and well-maintained, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage. Furthermore, the society enjoys minimal traffic, and autos are readily available nearby, enhancing convenience for residents.
There is no inside parking available for visitors in the society; they are required to park their vehicles outside the society premises.

There are no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats, and there are balconies as well. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are good and celebrate festivals together in the society. There is a lot of greenery, and the lifts are maintained. The connectivity of the society is good, autos are available near the society. The roads outside the society are well-maintained.
There is a major issue with drinking water in the society. This problem persists throughout the year, but in summers, there are times when water is not available for 2-2 days.
