The society's proximity to the highway offers convenience, while nearby market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants add to its appeal. The society's maintenance is commendable, with a focus on cleanliness and proper hygiene. Timely garbage collection and pest control further enhance the living environment. Affordability characterizes the maintenance charges, making it accessible for all residents. With CCTV cameras and a robust security system in place, safety is prioritized within the society. Functional lifts ensure easy access to different floors, while well-maintained parks provide recreational spaces for residents to enjoy. Reliable water supply and electricity, coupled with good construction quality, ensure a comfortable living experience without seepage or leakage issues. Adequate ventilation and sunlight are accessible in all parts of the rooms. The society's amenities, including the gym, garden, and play area for kids, are well-maintained for residents' enjoyment. Additionally, parking is hassle-free, with designated spaces available for both residents and visitors. The friendly, educated, and cooperative nature of the residents fosters a familial atmosphere, where cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Connectivity poses a challenge as residents rely primarily on cabs and personal vehicles due to the lack of easily accessible public transport. Traffic congestion is a common issue, particularly given the society's location on the highway. Concerns regarding traffic have been formally addressed through submitted letters, reflecting the community's proactive approach to addressing challenges. Additionally, the absence of a clubhouse and swimming pool within the society is noted.

Good things here
The construction of the society was quite good, with well-ventilated and spacious flats. Amenities like a clubhouse, garden, and park were available and well-maintained. Additionally, the maintenance of the society was good, and the connectivity around the society was also excellent. There were schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, and public transport like auto cabs and buses were easily accessible. There was also a nearby metro station, and the roads around the society were well-constructed, making commuting�hassle-free.
Things need improvement
The people in the society weren't very friendly because I was a tenant there, and they didn't interact much with tenants. Additionally, there were separate rules for tenants and owners, which I didn't like because it felt discriminatory. This aspect of bias wasn't good at all. Moreover, there were amenities available, but there wasn't a�swimming�pool.

Good things here
Public transport like autos, metro, and cabs are readily available. There are enough parking spaces in the society. The construction quality is good, with balconies in the flats providing good ventilation and no seepage issues. Festivals are celebrated in the society, and people are friendly. There is an adequate supply of water and electricity, and garbage disposal and collection are done on time. Additionally, there is a gym in the society.
Things need improvement
Everything seems good to him, but he believes that more amenities and facilities should be available. Specifically, he noted the absence of amenities such as a swimming pool and clubhouse in the society.

Good things here
The atmosphere in the community is excellent, and the people are very nice. There is plenty of greenery, and security is good with the use of apps for added safety. The lifts are well-maintained, and all modern amenities are available. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Water is available 24/7, and the roads outside the community are also in good condition.
Things need improvement
Auto-rickshaws aren't available near the society, and booking Ola or Uber is unreliable for nearby destinations. Even if you get a ride, it often gets canceled.

The society boasts excellent connectivity, making it easy to travel to various parts of the city. The well-maintained premises enhance the living experience, and the construction quality is top-notch, being a new building. The available amenities are plentiful, adding to the convenience and comfort of living here.
Things need improvement
While the society is well-connected and maintained, and the construction quality is superb, the short stay didn't allow for much interaction with the residents, leading to a limited sense of community.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. In amenities Gym, park, play area for kids are available in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. No such stary dogs or pet dog issues are faced in the society. Parking space is available and quite spacious.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available nearby the society. The Amenities like swimmingpool, club house are not available in the society. Other than this the society is good, I have not faced any such issues in this society.

Good things here
The maintenance quality of the society was satisfactory. Transportation connectivity near the society was also good with public transport options. Construction quality was good with no seepage and leakage issues, as the infrastructure was new. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were provided.
Things need improvement
The owners of the apartments were not very supportive towards tenants.

The society is very convinient in terms of connectivity and everything is developed now, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. There are no such seepage or leakage issues in the society. Thre is a garden in the society. The social life is good in the society, people are cooperative and friendly. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. Parking spaces are available. The society is kept clean.
Things need improvement
Water supply issues are faced during summers. Tanker's water is used. amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society. Paintings are generally not done on time in the common areas of the society.
