Good things here
Outside the society, there are nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. The connectivity of the society is good, with public transport options like auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs available within walking distance. Inside the society, CCTV is installed throughout the premises, contributing to a good security system. Security guards are also available for added safety measures. Lifts are available and maintained properly for residents' convenience. Additional facilities and amenities such as a gym and play area for kids are available within the society.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the society is quite inadequate, with various issues left unaddressed. There is a lack of amenities such as a swimming pool, which impacts the recreational options for residents. The community atmosphere is not as friendly or cooperative as desired, possibly affecting the overall living experience. Additionally, the construction quality of buildings is subpar, leading to frequent issues and concerns among residents.

Good things here
There are malls, markets, schools and hospitals are within 2 km distance are available in the society . The society offers modern amenities like clubhouse, play area, park, and gardens, all well-maintained with timely cleaning. Residents enjoy spending time in the gardens. Garbage collection is punctual, and cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. Ventilation is good and Sunlight also comes properly into the building. . Water logging isn't a big issue either. The society has lifts, CCTV cameras, and security guards that are well-maintained. The maintenance charges per month are 2500 rupees for 1 BHK . Public transport like autos and buses are easily available around the society. There are two types of parking allotted in the society: covered and uncovered.
Things need improvement
Covered and uncovered. There have been some issues regarding pets because some pet owners do not follow the rules properly. They take their pets to areas other than the designated ones allowed by the society. Metro is not there .

Good things here
I am quite pleased with living in this housing society. The location is excellent, providing easy access to marketplaces and other essential services. The connectivity is top-notch, making commuting a breeze. The construction quality of the buildings is impressive, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. Additionally, the maintenance is well-handled, keeping the surroundings clean and well-kept. The social life here is also enjoyable, with residents who are friendly and engaging, contributing to a vibrant community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
However, there are a few downsides. The gym facilities are not up to the mark, lacking the quality and equipment needed for a satisfactory workout experience. Moreover, the area is not very spacious, which can sometimes feel a bit cramped. Despite these issues, the overall experience of living here is positive, thanks to the excellent location and well-maintained infrastructure.

Good things here
The society is very well connected. I can easily get autos, cabs, metro, trains, and buses. The roads here don't have traffic problems. Maintenance is really good. They clean regularly, collect garbage, have working lifts, clean water tanks, and fix any issues quickly. The construction is strong with no seepage, leaks, or cracks. The flats have good ventilation and a lot of sunlight. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, and people get along well. We celebrate various festivals together.
Things need improvement
We don't have any amenities available in the society like there are no gyms, no swimming pools , no club house, this is the thing that somewhat disappoints me. Apart from this, there are no such issues.

Good things here
I appreciate that there are no likes for me in this society. I really like living here�everything is well-connected, and the community is very welcoming. I also enjoy how everyone comes together to celebrate festivals, which adds to the overall atmosphere.
Things need improvement
There are limited amenities in the society, which is a bit appointing for me. I believe that adding more amenities would greatly enhance the community and help build a stronger culture within the society.

Hospitals, Local market , Schools are nearby nearly 5km away from society. Construction quality is decent. Its clean and well maintained. Power backup is there. The society is secured by guards. Railway Station is nearby.

Gym is under construction. Water shortage is there. There is no swimming pool

People are very enthusiastic they celebrate each and every festively very cooperatively which is commendable. railway station is in 15mins walking distance. security is very much efficient. society is connected to highway

Cleanliness is not up to the mark. there is seepage issue here and there in the buildings. gym is not stared yet. swimming pool is not present in the society. pine ka pani tanker se ata hai uske baad me hume purify krna padata hai. society highway connected hai vaha per construction ka kam chalu hai us vajaha se thoda trafic ka issue hai
