Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Painting is done on time. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Facilities like play area for kids is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Maintainance charges are high. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, are not available in the society. Visitor's parking area is not available. Highway is far from the society Balcony is not available in all residents.

Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Street dog issues are not faced. The society is well maintained and peaceful.

Good things here
I appreciate the proximity of schools and markets, as well as the good connectivity with easily available public transport. The roads are in good condition, and there is regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry garbage segregation. We have a reliable supply of electricity and water. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation. The society also offers well-maintained amenities like a gym and clubhouse. Additionally, the neighbors are nice and friendly.
Things need improvement
Overall, the society is excellent with all the essentials for living nearby. The only thing I miss here is a swimming pool. Additionally, sometimes in the summer, there is a water shortage, but they make water tankers available. Other than that, I would suggest everyone live here.

The society has good maintenance. Connectivity of the society is excellent and convenient for daily commuters. Public transport systems like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis are easy to access. Schools, colleges, and hospitals are nearby. Clubhouses are available in the society in good condition. The park offers ample space for children to play. CCTVs and elevators are working properly. People in the society are good and cooperative. The society has parking areas for people who have their own vehicles
Things need improvement
There were many issues in the society. Construction quality was not proper. There was a sewage and drainage issue that needs improvement. Amenities like a gym and swimming pool were also not available. There was no proper cleanliness.

Good things here
I appreciate the good connectivity here, with cabs easily available and well-maintained roads. There's a small market nearby for daily needs, and the construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. The apartments are well-ventilated, and each resident has designated parking, which is really convenient. The society follows rules diligently and ensures regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation. We have regular electricity and water supply, and both a gym and a swimming pool are available.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the gym isn't in working condition, although the swimming pool is fine. While the neighbors are generally nice, but, like in every metro city, people here also tend to be busy with their own lives.

Good things here
I use my personal vehicle to travel everyday and there are designated parking spots alloted to all residents. There is a School oppiste to the society at the walking distance, market area is at the walking distance which is very convinient for us. . Garbage disposal is done on timely basis. Moreover the hygein is properly maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is the worst thing because the walls are made up of sand not cement for which it comes off easily. There is a leakage and seepage issue in the individual house and buildings, no hospital are nearby the society. All the Amenities like swimming pool, Gym and clubhouse are available in the society premises but none of them works. Maintenance is the big issue and it should be resolved. There is no public transport like buses, E-rikshaw, autos are rarely available nearby the society, I am not socially active with the niegbors and festivals are not celebrated together.
