The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termite infestation. Proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings ensure a comfortable living environment. Each resident has designated parking, and strict adherence to rules is maintained. The efficient garbage collection system, with segregation of wet and dry waste, promotes cleanliness. Moreover, the availability of regular electricity and water supply adds to the convenience. The friendly atmosphere created by helpful and amicable neighbors who celebrate festivals together makes this society feel like home. Each resident has designated parking, and the society follows rules diligently. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste keeps our environment clean. We also benefit from 24/7 electricity and water supply, ensuring no disruptions in our daily routines. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available, but they could use better maintenance. Despite this, the overall experience is positive, with very friendly neighbors who have become like family. We celebrate each festival together, creating a strong bond. Moreover, the amenities are lacking, with the exception of a swimming pool; most other facilities have been neglected or destroyed. Moreover, our community is known for its friendly and cooperative atmosphere, with residents coming together for cultural events and festivals.
