Our experience in this society has been overwhelmingly positive. The connectivity here is excellent, with easy access to various modes of public transportation like buses, autos, and cabs, ensuring convenience in commuting. The well-maintained roads and the proximity of essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets further enhance the quality of life. The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termite infestation. Proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings ensure a comfortable living environment. Each resident has designated parking, and strict adherence to rules is maintained. The efficient garbage collection system, with segregation of wet and dry waste, promotes cleanliness. Moreover, the availability of regular electricity and water supply adds to the convenience. The friendly atmosphere created by helpful and amicable neighbors who celebrate festivals together makes this society feel like home. Additionally, the presence of elevators, CCTV cameras, and round-the-clock security guards ensures safety and security.
Things need improvement
However, there are some areas that require improvement. While the connectivity is excellent, the elevators installed could be upgraded for better functionality and efficiency. Furthermore, the lack of amenities, apart from a small play area, is a drawback for residents seeking recreational facilities within the society. Enhancing these amenities would contribute to a more fulfilling living experience for the residents.

Here there is a good connectivity and the ease of accessing public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are well-maintained, and we have schools, hospitals, and markets conveniently nearby. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage issues, although we have encountered some termite problems. Proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings add to the comfort of our homes. Each resident has designated parking, and the society follows rules diligently. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste keeps our environment clean. We also benefit from 24/7 electricity and water supply, ensuring no disruptions in our daily routines. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available, but they could use better maintenance. Despite this, the overall experience is positive, with very friendly neighbors who have become like family. We celebrate each festival together, creating a strong bond. Elevators are installed and maintained, and our security is ensured with CCTV cameras and proper security guards, making us feel safe and secure.
Things need improvement
Though, there are no seepage issues, the termite problem persists and needs to be addressed. The modern amenities, even though available, lack proper maintenance, which diminishes their appeal. Additionally, painting is not done on time, which affects the appearance of the buildings. These issues, if resolved, could significantly enhance our living experience.

Additionally, the presence of well-maintained elevators, CCTV cameras, and round-the-clock security guards ensures safety and convenience for all residents.
Things need improvement
Some significant drawbacks that need to be addressed according to me are the parking facilities are limited, with the number of flats exceeding the available parking spaces. Parking is allocated only to those whose flats include parking space, causing inconvenience for others. Additionally, there has been no recent painting work, and the construction and maintenance quality is poor. Residents on the top floors face seepage issues, which need urgent attention. Moreover, the amenities are lacking, with the exception of a swimming pool; most other facilities have been neglected or destroyed. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the living experience in the society.

Living in our community provides numerous conveniences and amenities. The connectivity is excellent, with autos and cabs available within walking distance. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants, catering to our needs. Additionally, my flat receives ample sunlight, and ventilation is excellent. Hygiene is properly maintained, and garbage collection is timely. We face no water supply or electricity issues. Our drainage system effectively prevents waterlogging, and essential facilities such as lifts and CCTV cameras are operational. Security is robust, with guards available and security apps in use. Moreover, our community is known for its friendly and cooperative atmosphere, with residents coming together for cultural events and festivals. Furthermore, we have a gym available, contributing to our overall well-being.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of our society is average, which is expected considering its age. As a result, we often encounter issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Unfortunately, due to the age of the society, amenities like a swimming pool, play area for kids, and clubhouse are not available.

In society, there is a general sense of satisfaction with the overall condition and upkeep of various facilities. Everything appears to be in good shape and properly maintained. However, despite the availability of all amenities, there is a notable issue with functionality. Specifically, essential facilities like the gym and swimming pool are not operational.

All local transport like autos and buses everything was nearby connectivity is high. Schools, colleges and restaurants were nearby. traffic jam was not an issue. water supply was 24*7. people and security were great. there was no leakage in my flat.
Things need improvement
Cleanliness and maintenance of the society was very poor. swimming pool and gym was there but not properly maintained by the committee. there were no balconies to the flats. some flats have leakage and seepage issues. there was noise pollution because of outside vehicles. issues were not resolved on time.

Public transport is conveniently available right outside the society gate. The roads are well-maintained, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage. Amenities like the swimming pool and play area are well-maintained, and each resident is allotted one parking space. Water supply is consistent, and cleanliness is maintained throughout the society.
Things need improvement
The society lacks a gym and garden, and there's no allocated parking for visitors and tenants. Additionally, discontinuation of annual day celebrations due to lack of cooperation from some residents is a noted concern.

Local railway station,bus auto stand is at walkable distance from the society.Society is very well maintained and high security system for resident,senior citizen and for the kids.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Build quality is top notch.

There are no amenities present in the society like no swimming pool,club house,gym etc.

Good things here
The transportation was great; auto-rickshaws and buses were easy to find. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The community had all modern amenities, and everything was well-maintained. My flat had no problems with leaks or water seepage. Water was always available. The roads outside were in good condition, and the community was clean.
Things need improvement
The gutters in the community were always open, causing a bad smell and attracting more rats. The elevators were very cramped, fitting only 2-3 people at a time, and they weren't well-maintained.
