Good things here
Society culture of this society is very good. It feels very good when all members of the society celebrate the festivals together, people are literally very good. Gyms, swimming pools , garden everything is provided and it is well maintained. no issues regarding water supply, electricals supply, etc. there are no issues regarding seepage, cracks etc. Security facilities are also okay, CCTV's are there. Autos and cabs are easily accessible , parking space is also sufficient. Garbage collection facilities are also provided by the society. Overall, it's a good society to live in.
Things need improvement
The water of the swimming is not changed everyday, apart from this; I'm personally not facing any kind of issues here, everything is great and well maintained, overall a good society to live in.

Good things here
The society was not just the best, but the very best. All facilities were provided according to the needs of the residents, and everything was well-maintained. Power cuts were rare, the roads were well-built, and the lifts functioned properly. There were gardens, parks, and abundant greenery, creating a serene environment. Public transport was easily accessible, and schools and hospitals were nearby for convenience. Market access was convenient, and security was top-notch with cameras installed throughout the society, providing assistance in any incident.
Things need improvement
Due to our financial challenges, we had to leave the Tulip Petals society; otherwise, the society is excellent in every way. I didn't have any dislikes or negative experiences there. It was the best experience.

Good things here
All amenities are available in the society like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, etc. A shop is available in society for groceries and vegetables. the connectivity of the society is good it is well-connected. its a small and well-built society. their are proper electricity and water supply as well.
Things need improvement
Gas pipelines were not there in society earlier but it's coming in society next month.

Good things here
The society has two big parks and greenary all around. Children park is made seperately. The neighbours are extremely helpful. Lifts and CCTV Cameras are there.
Things need improvement
The metro station is 18 kms away from the society. Some highways are getting constructed nearby the society which is creating some problem to the residents regarding cleanliness and travelling.

Good things here
There is a market nearby, and autos and rickshaws are available. We haven't faced any seepage or leakage issues in the five years of living in the society, and there is no water logging problem during the rainy season. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are present and well-maintained. Neighbors and association members are very cooperative. One of the best features of the society is the abundance of greenery.
Things need improvement
There is no dislike or need for improvement in the society; everything is great. Additionally, if any issue arises, it is easily resolved.

Everything is good in this society, markets is located at short distance only, building condition is good.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very nice, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Paintings and water proofings are done on time. Open space parking is available. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are properly installed and functions properly. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. Badminton and cricket grounds are available in the society. People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Markets are not available inside the society and also outside the society, market areas are a bit far from the society. Metro is not available nearby the society. The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the washrooms. Wall quality is not good, cracks are very common in the walls.

Maintenance facilities are up to the mark, with daily cleaning and an attentive management committee addressing any issues promptly. Public transport options are plentiful around the society, including access to the metro, schools, hospitals, markets, auto-rickshaws, and cabs. The build quality is excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage in the society. The residents are friendly, creating a welcoming environment where all festivals are celebrated�together.
Things need improvement
This society offers amenities such as a gym and clubhouse, but unfortunately, there is no swimming pool available. Additionally, allocated visitor parking space is not provided, leading to issues when guests park in residential�parking�areas.

The presence of basic amenities such as a garden, gym, and kids' play area within the society ensures that residents have access to recreational and fitness facilities right at their doorstep. I appreciate that everything is well-maintained and functional, contributing to a clean and pleasant living environment. Moreover, the reasonable maintenance charges make it feasible for residents to enjoy these amenities without putting a strain on their finances. With schools and hospitals nearby, as well as easy access to local transportation, the neighborhood offers a convenient and well-connected lifestyle. The proximity of markets and restaurants adds to the overall convenience, making it easy to meet daily needs and enjoy dining out. I'm particularly grateful for the strong and steady build quality of our residences, which ensures durability and eliminates issues like leakage and seepage.
Things need improvement
Power back up facility is not available in the society. The railway station is situated far away from the society. Society does not have a swimming pool.

From the construction of the society to its connectivity, amenities, and the friendliness of its residents, everything has been well-maintained and up to standard. I would rate each aspect a 4, acknowledging that there is always room for improvement.
