Well-maintained roads ensure smooth travel within and around the area. The society follows a regular garbage collection system with efficient segregation of wet and dry waste. Residents benefit from uninterrupted access to electricity and water supply, enhancing comfort and convenience. The construction quality is excellent, with proper ventilation, good plaster, and quality fittings ensuring a comfortable living environment. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse offer recreational opportunities, fostering a sense of community among the friendly neighbors. The presence of CCTV cameras and round-the-clock security guards ensures safety, complemented by good housekeeping practices. Living in this society has been a delightful experience due to numerous positive aspects. The proximity of essential facilities such as schools, hospitals, and markets adds to the convenience of daily life.
Things need improvement
Certain areas that require attention and improvement like there have been ongoing issues with painting, exacerbated by a six-month-long dispute regarding responsibility for this task. The frequent breakdown of lifts poses inconvenience to residents. Inadequate sunlight and recurring problems with seepage and termites detract from the overall living experience. The amenities are not well-maintained, with issues such as mold on walls. Addressing these concerns, particularly resolving disputes, improving lift maintenance, and addressing structural issues, would greatly enhance the quality of life in the society.

The security system is robust, with CCTV surveillance in place. Additionally, the community is known for its friendly and cooperative atmosphere.

The society faces challenges with cleanliness, as visitors often litter the staircase and regular cleaning is neglected. I believe the committee should prioritize improving this aspect. Moreover, the construction quality is subpar, leading to seepage issues on the top floors, likely due to proximity to the nearby sea beach. Additionally, amenities are limited, with only a garden and a gym provided, and minimal walking space. There is a noticeable lack of other amenities that could enhance residents' quality of life.

There's a slight problem with air and noise pollution. To get to the metro, one needs to take an auto because it's not close by.
