Covered parking is provided for residents, and there are no waterlogging problems during the rainy season. The roads are of good quality as well.
Maintenance in the society is inconsistent, with delays in cleaning and garbage collection requiring repeated complaints. Lift breakdowns are frequent, causing inconvenience, especially for residents on higher floors. Stray dogs entering the society have posed safety concerns, having bitten children. Improved security measures are needed to address this issue. The metro station is located 10 km away from the society, impacting commuting convenience for residents.

The park in the society requires better upkeep as it is not well-maintained. Despite all amenities being available, their maintenance is subpar and they are under-maintained.

There were occasional, albeit minor, power cuts reported, which did not significantly disrupt daily activities. Connectivity posed a challenge as the metro station was situated a considerable 8 kilometers away, potentially impacting residents reliant on public transportation.

There are no construction-related issues like leakage or seepage. There are all modern amenities. There is enough parking for residents. Water is available 24/7. Cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. The roads outside the society are in good condition. Public transport is easily available.
In the society, bachelors and tenants are not treated very well, and tenants are not allowed to use the amenities. The maintenance charges are a bit high, approximately Rs. 4000 per month. There is no inside parking for visitors, so they have to park their cars outside.

Parking is allotted in the society. The society is connected to NH24, so transportation is good. Cleanliness in the society is good, and the lifts are well-maintained. The flats have good ventilation. All the amenities are available in the society and are well-maintained. The residents of the society are also very nice.
The metro station is half an hour away from the society. After 12 years, the society is being painted for the first time. The maintenance of the society is not good, and the residents do not keep the buildings well-maintained.

The cleanliness is well-maintained, and we have 24/7 water supply. We celebrate festivals. There was a leak once, but it was promptly fixed by the society. We have all modern amenities. The residents are decent. The roads near the society are good, and public transportation is easily accessible.
It would be better if all the shops were available within the society campus. Currently, we have to cross the road to buy anything. Outside vehicles parking causes traffic jams.

The society offered all modern amenities. Our flat had no leakage or seepage problems. People were friendly and lived in harmony. Water was available round-the-clock, and cleanliness was well-maintained. Parking was ample, both in the basement and outside. There was a nearby market, and the society had its own marketplace.
Autos and buses weren't readily available near the society, and the metro station wasn't close by.

Construction quality of building is good. all the facilities and amenities are well and working properly for the society. people are good.
