Developer has given great construction quality and amenity. Security in complex is good and maintenance service respond fast. Best part is you can just take short drive to so many metro. I am really happy to reside here. Swimming pool, club house, indoor games, 24/7 security and other amenities are available.

Emaar Emerald Floors Premier is so reasonable in budget for residents like us. You will love ambiance of project. So much greenery and open space for walking. Excellent facility of pool and gym for ultimate fitness and then relaxation

Shifted recently to EFP. Amazed to see room size and overall open area in the society. Accessibility to basic routine stuff is also a plus point due to world mark and modern bazar nearby.

Not a great low rising society. Lanes between the two blocks is quite narrow. But the covered area in unit like 1995 sq ft is very good. You get 3 decent sized bedrooms and one small study. I have invested on this project for my wife and her family. Hope they will like it.
