Good things here
Living in this society has its perks, like being close to offices, which makes getting to work a breeze and saves a lot of time. Plus, the low rent charges are a huge bonus, making it more budget-friendly and leaving residents with extra cash to spend on other things or to save for the future.
Things need improvement
Living in this society has definitely had its challenges. Maintenance issues seem to be a common occurrence, with neglect leading to unclean common areas and problems with garbage collection. It's also frustrating not having nearby markets or good public transportation options, making it tough to access essential goods and services. The quality of construction leaves a lot to be desired, with issues like seepage and leakage causing safety concerns, especially when it rains. Plus, the lack of amenities like a gym or swimming pool makes it hard to find ways to relax and unwind. And without community events, it feels like there's a lack of connection among residents, which is a real shame.

Things need improvement
The congested parking area presents a daily challenge, leading to disorder and inconvenience. Moreover, the lack of designated play areas for children is concerning, limiting recreational opportunities. Basic amenities signify room for improvement to elevate residents' quality of life within the society.

It's a huge comfort for those who like open spaces and want to avoid busy settings. Beautiful ambiance. It is less polluted. However, approach roads are currently being built. There are many poor village roads.

The project built by Supertech is great. Good interiors and features like built-in air conditioners, mahogany floors, and three levels of protection. The location might have been more appropriate. Infrastructure is well-built.

A nice residential community in Gurgaon's affluent Sector 79. Premium fittings. Includes free wardrobes, wooden floors, a modular kitchen, air conditioning, geysers, and a sizable club. Breathtaking views of the golf course. Unpolluted, fresh air.

The flats are lovely and airy with lots of ventilation and natural light. The quality of the fittings is also quite high. There is still less congestion in the neighbourhood comparatively to other areas.

Very nice community with good views from every balcony. Rich, opulent apartments with hardwood floors, ACs, CCTV, high-end fittings, etc., and the management is doing an excellent job of maintaining them properly.
