Good things here
Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, kids' play area, all available and well-maintained. People are satisfied living here. Construction quality is good; there are no issues with leaks or damages. Parking facilities are secure in the society. Connectivity is somewhat lacking in the society. Maintenance ensures the water facility is good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is efficient; they separate and manage waste well. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Greenery in the society is well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor in the society. There are leaks in some flats' roofs, which is inconvenient at times for residents. Management should improve in the society.

Good things here
The society was good, and people were cooperative. Connectivity was excellent, with no issues regarding public transport. Residents who need to commute daily faced no problems getting to work. Amenities such as gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available, which enhance the standards of the society. The location of the society was also good. There is ample parking space for vehicles. CCTVs and elevators were working properly
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society was very poor, with issues of sealing and seepage. Amenities were also not properly maintained. Maintenance in the society was very poor and should be improved

Good things here
Auto and cab services are easily available, parking is in the basement, construction quality is good, garbage is collected regularly and on time, and there are amenities like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, children�s play area, and a badminton court. People are cooperative.
Things need improvement
Traffic is heavy throughout Bangalore, there could be some seepage and cracks on the top floor, and the elevators are installed but occasionally have issues.

Good things here
Transport is good with no traffic, parking is available in the basement, construction quality is nice, maintenance is done regularly on time, and amenities like gym, clubhouse, and play area are functioning properly. People live together like a family.
Things need improvement
The top floor has seepage issues, but work will start soon. Occasionally, one of the elevators stops working 2 or 3 times a month, but it has been fixed.

There is a mosquito influx, and there are leakage issues on walls in this society, highlighting concerns with both pest control and structural integrity that may impact residents' comfort and well-being.

Good things here
I left this society around 3 years ago. At that time, all residents were friendly and celebrated festivals and events with joy. Connectivity was also good, with schools and a few small shops located within a 100-meter radius, and a few hospitals located within a 2km radius. Maintenance was also good, with regular garbage collection and regular checkups for any kind of issues. The maintenance charge was around Rs2.5k per month, and there were well-maintained amenities like a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and community hall.
Things need improvement
Due to poor structural design, the construction in this society is not up to the mark, and the roads outside the society are also in poor condition.
