The cleaning schedule appears to be efficient, with floors cleaned weekly and garbage collected every three days. Additionally, there's reliable power backup, and the lift is in proper working condition. The society's association functions smoothly, with reasonable rules and cooperative committee members. Amenities such as a gymnasium, swimming pool, clubhouse, and indoor game activities like carrom are available. Furthermore, a football play area has recently been added for children's enjoyment. Security is robust, with a sufficient number of staff available round the clock. read more

When I lived in this society about three years ago, one of the drawbacks was the lack of nearby public transportation options like bus stops. Additionally, I found the monthly maintenance charges to be relatively high compared to other societies in the area. read more

With plenty of parking space available, professional maintenance, including daily garbage collection, and well-maintained lifts, you're living in a community that prioritizes cleanliness and convenience. Moreover, you're fortunate to have reliable water and power supply, along with a plethora of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, garden, clubhouse, community hall, children's play area, and walking track. read more
