A lovely area with abundant greenery and well-maintained surroundings. The connectivity seems excellent, with a bus stop, supermarkets, groceries, schools, and a metro station within a meter's walk. The road quality is good, and street lights function properly, ensuring safety at night. There's ample parking space for both residents and visitors, and maintenance charges are reasonable. The cleaning schedule appears to be efficient, with floors cleaned weekly and garbage collected every three days. Additionally, there's reliable power backup, and the lift is in proper working condition. The amenities provided, such as a table tennis court, swimming pool, community hall, gym, clubhouse, and children's play area, cater to various interests and needs. The surrounding community seems friendly and cooperative, fostering a sense of belonging
Things need improvement
Water problems persist in the society, causing inconvenience. This issue needs urgent attention to ensure residents have access to a reliable and sufficient water supply.

The society has a beautiful garden area with a variety of plants and trees that create a comfortable living environment. One major advantage of living here is its connectivity, with reliance supermarkets conveniently located within walking distance. Additionally, various shopping options, a school, a metro station, and a bus stop are all within a 1km radius of the society. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with plumbers and electricians readily available with a single call. The society is always clean and well-maintained due to regular cleaning efforts, and the monthly maintenance charges are very reasonable. Residents also enjoy excellent amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and outdoor play areas. While the constructions may be a bit older, there have been no reported issues such as water leakages.
Things need improvement
The primary concern lies in the inadequate finishing of the marble, coupled with cracks present in the flooring throughout all the rooms of the apartment due to its older construction.

Essential facilities such as grocery stores, supermarkets, vegetable markets, and amenities like parks and well-maintained green spaces are easily accessible, making daily life very convenient. The society boasts excellent maintenance with round-the-clock water facilities and reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, handling wet and dry waste separately. Residents also benefit from well-maintained amenities including swimming pools, a clubhouse, gyms, table tennis, kids play areas, and indoor games, enhancing the overall convenience of living in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is below par, with multiple wall leaks and ongoing maintenance issues, particularly concerning water seepage. There are also drainage system problems and apparent substandard construction of the pool. Overall, significant improvements are necessary to enhance the safety and comfort of residents.

This society offers a well-designed layout and sturdy construction, providing spacious rooms for residents' comfort. Adequate ventilation is ensured within the flats. Connectivity is excellent, with schools and supermarkets conveniently within walking distance. Maintenance is efficient, ensuring cleanliness, continuous water and electricity supply. The society's association functions smoothly, with reasonable rules and cooperative committee members. Amenities such as a gymnasium, swimming pool, clubhouse, and indoor game activities like carrom are available. Furthermore, a football play area has recently been added for children's enjoyment. Security is robust, with a sufficient number of staff available round the clock.
Things need improvement
When I lived in this society about three years ago, one of the drawbacks was the lack of nearby public transportation options like bus stops. Additionally, I found the monthly maintenance charges to be relatively high compared to other societies in the area.

The ambiance is great, and it's wonderful to be surrounded by well-educated and kind-hearted people who celebrate festivals together. The location couldn't be more convenient, with essential amenities like a bus stop, super station, metro station, medical shops, and schools all within 500 meters. The well-maintained road and functioning street lights add to the convenience and safety of the area. With plenty of parking space available, professional maintenance, including daily garbage collection, and well-maintained lifts, you're living in a community that prioritizes cleanliness and convenience. Moreover, you're fortunate to have reliable water and power supply, along with a plethora of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, garden, clubhouse, community hall, children's play area, and walking track.
Things need improvement
The children's play area in our society could use some improvements. Adding more diverse equipment and landscaping would enhance recreational opportunities for the kids living here

Living in this neighborhood is an absolute dream. The maintenance team keeps everything spotless, from the pristine garden area to timely garbage collection, and the monthly fees are totally reasonable. And let's talk about amenities � we've got it all, from a gym to 24/7 security, a lovely park, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and more. But what really makes this place special is the people. Unfortunately, there aren't any public transportation options like bus stops nearby, which can be a bit inconvenient for some residents. Additionally, there are some minor concerns about the construction quality, mainly because of cracks in the walls that have been noticed.

Good things here
People in the society are very good. We can celebrate some festivals here, which is very enjoyable. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games, all of which are well-maintained. People are very friendly and approachable. Connectivity, including cabs and autos, is easily available if we book through Ola or Uber. Water availability is very good in the society, with 24/7 access. Power backups are also available. Overall maintenance is very good in the society. The outside of the society is full of greenery, making it very pleasant.
Things need improvement
There is a lot of traffic outside the society, which is very inconvenient. There is also some pollution outside, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive, and the visitor parking is also congested in the society.

The water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste at a specific time in the society. Additionally, the atmosphere of the society is very peaceful. Cleaning of the society, both inside and outside, is very good. Security is very good; they ensure safety in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity via cabs and autos is not available in the society; it's very bad in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Public transportation like buses are available far from the society, around 2-3 kilometers away. There is no visitors' parking area in the society.
