Good things here
The housing society offers excellent connectivity with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and railway stations. The maintenance is top-notch with efficient lift operations, regular cleaning, and proper garbage collection. The amenities are impressive, including a beautiful garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighbourhood is friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Despite its strengths, there are occasional traffic issues in the area. The society faces some challenges with seepage and cracks in construction, which could be improved. Additionally, while the neighbourhood is friendly, it lacks a more interactive community environment.

Good things here
There are elevators that work properly and daily floor cleaning, and parking is available with basement options in most of the society. There were sharing auto available.
Things need improvement
There is a transportation issue with the bus stop a little far and no gym, clubhouse, or play area due to ongoing construction. The construction quality is average with kitchen drainage issues, and there are problems caused by some residents, especially young bachelors, who create disturbances and get involved in others' conflicts

Good things here
The connectivity is good here public transport is available here. The cleanliness and greenery is well maintained, the society is good to live overall. Power supply, water supply is good
Things need improvement
The amenities are not available here. No gym, swimming pool, or anything like that. That can be enhanced here. Also, the management is not very god here, If I am facing any issue, it is not addressed readily.

Good things here
The society is conveniently located near various offices, and there are several international schools nearby. There is a lot of greenery around due to which pollution levels around the society are minimal.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the society is not up to the mark, with issues such as leaks from ground water tanks. Amenities are lacking in the society, even though it has been 12 years since its establishment. Construction quality is poor, with numerous seepages in bathrooms and walls. Additionally, the nearest supermarket is located 2 kilometers away from the society, which is inconvenient for the residents.
