Good things here
Connectivity is very good, especially if we book an apartment near the university. Water facilities are excellent, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Public transportation like buses is available within 200 meters, which is very convenient. The greenery in the society is very good. The cleanliness of the society is excellent, with daily cleaning. There are small grocery shops and small restaurants for tiffin inside the society, which is very convenient. There are also many societies nearby.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is excellent in the nearby area, especially if we book an apartment nearby. Water facilities are very good, and power backup support is also available. Garbage collection is consistently reliable. Amenities like swimming pools, gymnasiums, sports facilities, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. Maintenance services are readily available and efficient.

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available if we look around. People are very friendly and supportive in the society. Maintenance is very good; the water facility is very good, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Construction quality is good; there are no significant issues in the society. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are available. There are no sewage issues in the society. Parks are spacious and well-maintained; there are scenic spots in the society. Buses are available for walking, which is convenient.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive, around 2. 5 rupees per square foot, which is high in the society. Metro is available within a walking distance of 2 kilometers, which is convenient.

Good things here
The society is well-maintained with excellent construction quality and no seepage issues. It is well-connected to the main road with ample unlimited parking including 50 visitor spots. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, temple, play area, plaza, swimming pool, senior citizen areas for recreation, and a library are available. People from different regions live peacefully, and cultural programs are celebrated. There's camera security, and entry into the society requires permission via an app, which promotes safety.
Things need improvement
Transportation to metro stations is 4 km away, which is inconvenient for residents, including the need for daily permissions through the app for entry.

Good things here
Convenience in cabs and autos is easily available if we look around. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society, and maintenance is excellent. Public transportation is available within 200 meters, and the metro is also within a convenient 200-meter distance. It's a great convenience, making everything accessible in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor; there are some seepage issues in certain areas of the society, which is very inconvenient. Metro stations are available within a reasonable 2-3 kilometers distance from the society.

Connectivity is excellent with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, and the railway station. The neighbourhood is friendly, security is reliable with CCTV, and parking is sufficient.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is generally okay, but there are ongoing issues with washroom pipes and cracks in the home walls. The swimming pool has high chlorine levels, causing discomfort, and the ladies gym lacks sufficient equipment. there are cracking sounds in the home doors as well.
