Good things here
With a variety of public transportation options available within walking distance, including the metro, getting around is a breeze. Plus, having nearby shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants means everything I need is easily accessible. I really appreciate the effort put into maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the society. Garbage collection is always on time, and the water supply is reliable, with drinking water available 24/7. And with no electricity issues to worry about and power backup available, I can always count on having the essentials covered. Having a balcony is a lovely addition, providing a quiet space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. And knowing that there's a good security system in place, with security guards and CCTV, gives me peace of mind. there are plenty of facilities like gyms, swimming pools, clubhouses, parks, and play areas for kids, which make it easy to connect with my neighbors and enjoy life to the fullest.
Things need improvement
It's a bit frustrating to deal with the construction quality issues and the ongoing problems with seepage and dampness. It can really affect the overall comfort of living in the society. I've noticed that these issues can be quite inconvenient and sometimes even impact daily life.

There wasn't anything that bothered. everything was satisfactory and well-kept. The amenities were plentiful, and the people in the society were friendly and had a cooperative demeanor.

There was no issue with anything everything was good amd well maintained. People of the society were friendly and cooperative. Nothing issues with anything. There was no need of improvement.

Good things here
The construction quality of the society is quite good, with well-ventilated flats and no issues regarding seepage or other problems. Additionally, all amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. There are no problems with parking as everyone has allotted parking spaces, and there is ample space available. Moreover, the frequency of public transport is also very good, with easy access to auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses, ensuring no issues while�commuting.
Things need improvement
Currently, there is ongoing construction work, which causes a lot of noise pollution and creates significant irritation and inconvenience. Therefore, I would like the construction work to be completed as soon as possible to eliminate the noise pollution. Additionally, there is a slight issue with water supply in the society because the water comes from tankers. It could be easier for the residents if the water supply was provided by the government�instead.

The society was generally in good shape, with no problems regarding seepage or leakage. Although amenities were lacking, construction was underway to address this. The main issue concerned the washrooms.

Transportation options like auto cabs, Ola, and Uber were readily available near this society, accessible via various apps. The build quality was excellent with no issues of leakage or seepage, and the rooms were spacious with proper ventilation. The society offered well-maintained amenities including pools, gym, clubhouse, garden, and park. Security was top-notch with CCTV surveillance covering all areas, and the use of gate apps for access. The society did not allow stray dogs but permitted pets with specific rules. The community was friendly, and the management committee was cooperative. Hygiene was maintained through regular cleaning of water tanks and other�facilities.
Things need improvement
One of the major drawbacks of this society is that public transport facilities were not available nearby the society, like there were no bus services available, even the railway was far away from the society and the metro was not nearby�the�society.

Good things here
The TCS located 500 meters from the society ensures well-maintained roads. Connectivity is excellent with availability of Ola, Uber, auto rickshaws, and buses. The construction of flats has been done well without any leakage or seepage issues. All modern amenities such as a gym, badminton court, and swimming pool are available and well-maintained. Residents are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm. The society is clean, and parking is well-organized with allotted spaces for everyone, including bachelors.
Things need improvement
The power backup is provided only for common areas and lifts, not for individual flats. There is a slight issue with water supply; previously, tankers were used, but now a borewell has been dug, although it supplies hard water.

Good things here
I used my personal vehicle, and there was no issue with parking. Ola and Uber were readily available. The roads on the front side were very good. There was no traffic. Garbage collection was done daily. Maintenance charges were normal. The society was clean, and there was 24/7 water supply. Flats were well-ventilated, and sunlight came in. There were no leakages. There was a garden. People were friendly and pet-friendly. The society was very peaceful. The area was very open, making it very well-ventilated. The flats were very spacious.
Things need improvement
The society was located slightly on the deeper side, which is why there were no auto stands or bus stands nearby. Malls and restaurants were also not nearby. The road behind the society was not good; during the rainy season, there was a lot of mud. Waste segregation was not practiced. There was an issue with power cuts, and the power backup was only for common areas.

Issues in the society are addressed promptly. The lifts are kept in good condition. Flats are airy and get plenty of sunlight. Security is improved with the use of apps. The residents are friendly. We have all the modern amenities. Garbage is collected every day, and the society is kept clean. The roads around the society are well-maintained, and auto-rickshaws are easy to find nearby.
Things need improvement
There's often traffic congestion on the main road a little ways from the society. The swimming pool is small and not well taken care of. The gym is also small and doesn't have much equipment. Water supply comes from the society's borewell, not from the corporation.

It was excellent. The rooms were spacious, with large balconies, and the construction quality was also commendable. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and park were available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There was nothing available near the society, no auto-rickshaws, cabs, or any transportation options. Having one's own vehicle was crucial for survival there, making it very difficult for me, which is why I left that society. There were no markets for vegetables, fish, or any other necessities. The area was not safe for women as it was surrounded by jungle areas, making it quite risky. Power cuts were frequent, and there was only power backup for common areas, not for individual flats. Due to these problems, living there was very challenging.
