The surrounding people are friendly.
There is a need for improvement as cracks on the walls are noticeable within the society, suggesting potential structural issues that require attention and maintenance for safety and aesthetics.

NPS School, hospitals, and shopping malls are within a 3 km radius. The roads are in good condition, and the street lights are functional. There is ample parking space available. Residents enjoy a variety of amenities including table tennis, a basketball court, a children's play area, a walking track, indoor and outdoor games, a gym, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse. Housekeeping staff clean regularly and collect garbage every day. In terms of construction, the rooms are well-ventilated.

This is an amicable place to live, and the society is situated not directly on the main road, making the environment quite pleasant. I have been residing in this society for the past 15 years and have never faced major issues related to seepage because of the high standard of construction. The connectivity of the society is decent, with a metro station located approximately 1.5km away. There are a few schools and hospitals within a 1km radius of the society. Additionally, there is a grocery store and pharmacy located within walking distance. Good amenities are available inside the society, such as a clubhouse children's play area, ample parking, and rainwater harvesting facilities. The association is efficient and takes care of everything, including ensuring good water supply and daily garbage collection.
The major drawback of this society is that some of the flats don't have the infrastructure to install air conditioning systems.

Management is very good, people are very friendly and respectable in the society. We can celebrate every festival in the society.
The construction quality is poor; there are some leakage and seepage issues in the society. Road quality is also not good in the society. Maintenance of lifts is not good; it's always needing repairs in the society.
