Moreover, residents benefit from allocated parking spaces, functional CCTV cameras, and available security guards, ensuring a secure living environment. The society places a strong emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene, with timely garbage collection services and efficient maintenance practices. Furthermore, the construction quality is commendable, with minimal issues of seepage and leakage due to robust building standards. The effective drainage system further enhances the living experience by preventing waterlogging issues. Moreover, residents enjoy a plethora of amenities such as gyms, swimming pools, parks, clubhouses, and play areas, contributing to a high quality of life. I'm thrilled to say that my society is just perfect in every aspect. At present, I don't see any need for improvements because it's already very well-maintained and meets all my living standards.

The society's prime location, connected to a highway, does pose traffic challenges, especially during peak hours, although they are manageable. However, the absence of power backup facilities and allocated visitor parking presents significant issues. Guests often have to park outside the society, which can be risky. Additionally, the maintenance costs are relatively high due to a significant investment in security measures, which is a major drawback�of�the�society.

In terms of connectivity, the railway station is only 1 km away, the metro is nearby, and local transport facilities are easily accessible. The society is located in a prime location with easy access to everything, and there are no traffic issues on the surrounding roads, which are of�good�quality.

Amenities are available in the society, including amenities like a swimming pool, gym, fitness play area, park, lift, etc. However, the issue is that these Amenities are chargeable and not provided free of cost to residents. This practice should not be implemented in a residential�society.

The cleanliness is well-maintained, and water supply is consistently available round the clock. Fortunately, there are no concerns regarding leakage or seepage. The community actively celebrates all festivals, fostering a vibrant atmosphere, and the residents are friendly and cooperative. Adequate parking space is available for everyone, and the lifts are properly maintained. The maintenance charges, ranging between 5000-6000, seem justified for the services provided.

Things need improvement

It's inconvenient that autos are only available near one of the three gates, requiring residents to walk to the third gate, located near the metro station, to find transportation. While all modern amenities are available, it's disappointing that they require extra payment as they're not included in the maintenance charges. Additionally, allowing outsiders to use the society's amenities, which should be exclusive to residents, seems inappropriate.

But what really sets it apart is its residents, who are kind, down-to-earth, and sociable, always willing to lend a hand to one another. Together, they celebrate festivals, strengthening their sense of community. Daily garbage collection keeps the area tidy. Plus, all essential facilities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, and gardens are provided and maintained to a high standard.

The apartment's construction quality was subpar, with problems like leakage and seepage commonly reported. Thin walls and poor soundproofing meant noise from neighboring units was a frequent disturbance. Visitor parking wasn't properly designated, causing issues, and the security staff lacked adequate training to handle parking problems efficiently.

The connectivity of the apartment is excellent as public and local transport facilities are easily approachable near the society. The quality of the construction is excellent, with no problems regarding leakage and seepage in the society. There is 24/7 water and electricity supply available. Cleanliness is maintained through daily routine cleaning. Guards are present at each entrance, and CCTV cameras are installed in every area to ensure security.

This was a family residential area where bachelors were not permitted to enter the society premises. Although amenities were available, tenants had to pay for their use. Power backup facilities were limited to common areas. Additionally, there was no general parking available in the society; only those who had purchased parking spaces were allowed to use them. There was no provision for visitor or tenant parking within�the�society.
