Cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained in the society, and the grounds are also well-kept. The flats have good ventilation and receive ample sunlight. Drinking water is available 24/7. The residents are decent, and autos are available near the society with no traffic issues.
The roads outside the society are not well-maintained. There are significant issues with leakage and seepage in the flats because the building is constructed on land that previously had brackish water, so such issues were expected. In one of my bathrooms, the commode has not had water for a long time. There are no modern amenities in the society.

There haven't been any problems with seepage so far, and repainting is done on time. Connectivity is out standing auto-rickshaws and Uber are easily available. The maintenance of the society is done well, and there is greenery and cleanliness. There haven't been any issues with seepage yet. There are no problems with the mobile network, and there's a power backup. The neighbors are also very nice in this society, and we celebrate all festivals together.
No gym or swimming pool in the society, which is a missed chance to have important facilities. These places would have been great for keeping people healthy and giving them fun things to do. Having these amenities usually makes people happier and helps them feel more connected.

Auto cabs are easily available near the society. There is a local market near the society, ensuring good connectivity. The build quality is great, with no leakage or seepage problems in the society. The rooms are spacious, and ventilation is provided. A railway station is nearby, and bus services are available nearby, ensuring public transport facilities. Allocated parking space is available for owners and visitors in the society. The security system is well-trained to monitor parking areas. There is 24-hour water and electricity supply in the society. Neighbors are cooperative, and all activities are celebrated in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and rent is also reasonable�in�the�society.
The major drawback of this society is its small and basic nature, with zero amenities available such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, or gym. However, there was a small swing and a small kids' play area in the society. Additionally, tenants were not charged anything extra to use facilities like parking�or�the�lift.
