Pimple Saudagar is an upcoming residential locality and is at the junction of 4 major roads expressways and the Pavana River. The area is around 6 kms from Chinchwad. 80% of the property in Pimple Saudafar are 2 and 3 BHK apartments and there are 57 new residential projects coming up out of which 7 are still under construction. 2 highways to Mumbai are on either side of Pimple Saudagar and the Kalwadi Road is another important road passing by this locality. Pimple Saudagar is situated between the Aundh and Banter localities. There are good schools, hospitals, shopping, commercial areas, malls and neighbourhood marts.
