Good things here
Located in Sector 49, Uppal Southend is a nice place in the middle of gurgaon (now). It has all necessary shops and amenities for daily needs. The people have taken charge for maintaining the society to ensure the roads are well maintained and the security remains top notch. I found everything well maintained in the society. Cleanliness was also there.
Things need improvement
The metro station is far from the society this creates some type of difficulties

This is a DDA flats. Connectivity is good like nearby shops, markets available.
Things need improvement
Amenitis like clubhouse, gym, swiming pool nothing is there. that's why we have to go outside for those services.

The main issue plaguing the society is construction-related problems, such as seepage and leakage issues on the walls.

Good things here
Connectivity options like autos, cabs, and buses are readily available, making public transport easily accessible. Plus, the maintenance being consistently on time is a big plus for the society.
Things need improvement
Accessing the metro and railway requires traveling around 10-25 km away from the society. Unfortunately, there are no clubhouse or swimming pool facilities available.

Good things here
The cab and auto availability is good. All the amenities are available like swimming pool, clubhouse and gym.
Things need improvement
All the things are great here, but the maintenance is poor, roads are not well maintained in the rainy season pits fill with water.

Construction is very good , walls,pillars are very strong . autos,cabs are easy to catch. swiming pool,gym is there.
Things need improvement
Metro and drailway are 5-6 km far from society so you have to travel there using public transport.

Connectivity like la,uber,rapido are easily acceceble. society have a power backup system. construction quite good.

Seepage iss arises . no gym facility provided. they have a paid power backup system and coast is high.

Some times water supply goes out. no power back up avialable. there are no swiming pool and club house.

The environment there was very good, there was not much noise there and the location there was very good.
Things need improvement
There was a time limit for entering the society, if you could not enter till that time then the gate was closed, so there should have been more security there so that if someone was coming late at night from somewhere then hence entry into the society.

I like how easily you can get the public transport like autos, buses. Overall society was nice.

In rainy season water filled in the society premises, and the metro station is too far from the society.
