Reliable water and power, along with a functional lift, are fundamental for comfortable living. And having well-educated neighbors can contribute to a harmonious community atmosphere. Residents seem to have access to a wide range of amenities including a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, cricket pitch, and football court, which adds to the overall appeal of the community. Within 1 km, amenities such as petrol bunks, schools, bus stops, and supermarkets offer convenience. Adequate street lighting ensures safety, while our well-maintained garbage collection system includes effective segregation since 2017. With 24/7 power backup and current tanker water usage during summer, alongside previous borewell water supply, our facilities remain reliable. Amenities like a swimming pool, multipurpose party hall, volleyball court, kids' play area, table tennis, gym, clubhouse, and walking lane cater to diverse interests. The friendly interaction among residents fosters a welcoming community, while construction-wise, there are no issues with seepage.

The road quality in this society is inadequate, posing challenges to residents. Improvements are needed to ensure safe and smooth transportation within the community.

Water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is excellent. The society is well-secured. Amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Maintenance fees are reasonable. Parking facilities are adequate; there is also visitor parking. Hospitals are within 100 meters, making them easily accessible. Security measures are very good. The greenery in the society is excellent, providing a pleasant environment.

Cabs and autos are not available, so the connectivity in the society is inconvenient. Construction quality is not good; there are some issues in the apartments. There is traffic congestion, especially during school timings, which is inconvenient. Metro stations are located far away, approximately 4-5 kilometers.

Maintenance is very good in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Water facility is very good in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. KG school is near the society within walking distance. Construction quality is very good; there are no leakages or seepage issues in the society. We celebrate every festival in the society like a family. Ventilation is very good in my flat. Garbage collection is done daily in the society.

Cabs are available in the society, and if we book Ola or Uber, they are accessible. Garbage collection is very good daily at a particular time in the society. Its prime location on the main road, within 500 meters of essential facilities like bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, clothing outlets, and schools, is a major positive aspect. The road quality is excellent, with street lights ensuring safety. Maintenance is top-notch, with regular cleaning, garbage collection, lift maintenance, and consistent water and power supply. Every 5 years, the community undergoes painting maintenance, despite being 12 years old, with no visible cracks on walls. The residents are friendly and cooperative, celebrating various festivals together, including Holi, Diwali, Ganapathi Pooja, and Navaratri.
Things need improvement
Traffic issues in this society are minimal due to its gated nature and well-planned layout. However, during peak hours, congestion near the entrance may occur, requiring residents' attention.
