The housing society offers excellent connectivity to major roads and public transportation, making it convenient for residents to travel to work or run errands. The maintenance of the premises is commendable, ensuring that common areas and facilities are kept clean and in good condition. The construction quality is solid, providing sturdy and well-built apartments that offer a sense of security and durability. Residents benefit from a range of amenities including parks, recreational facilities, and community spaces, enhancing the overall quality of life. The serene environment fosters a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxation and unwinding after a busy day.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the security personnel can sometimes come across as rude or unwelcoming, which detracts from the otherwise pleasant living experience. The apartments are quite spacious, which is generally a positive aspect, but this may not appeal to those who prefer smaller, cozier living spaces. While the calm environment is appreciated by many, some residents may find the lack of vibrant social life or community events to be a downside, especially if they seek more opportunities for socializing and networking within the neighborhood.

Good things here
Overall, the society is fantastic. We're lucky to have a metro station nearby, and with schools and hospitals within easy reach, connectivity is superb. When it comes to construction, the quality is impressive, with flats that are both spacious and well-ventilated. Plus, we're spoiled for choice with amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, and ample parking�all without any hiccups. Simply put, the society is top-notch and impeccably maintained.
Things need improvement
While the maintenance services in the society are generally good, I do think there's room for improvement in issue resolution. Sometimes, when there's a problem like a malfunctioning lift, the solution isn't provided as promptly as I'd hope. In my opinion, any issue should be resolved as quickly as possible to ensure the smooth functioning of our community.

Good things here
It has easy access to the metro, buses, taxis, trains, and cars. The connectivity is great. With routine cleaning and trash collection, the upkeep is properly handled. The structures have adequate ventilation, natural light, and are well-built with no seepage problems. Kids play area, fitness center, clubs, security, and a small park are among the facilities. Additionally, the second floor has a concrete space where children can play or stroll. Mostly made up of individuals in the corporate world, the neighborhood is decent.
Things need improvement
There is just one internet provider in the neighborhood, which restricts the alternatives for locals who might prefer Jio or Airtel. The park is very tiny, so it might not be enough for families with small children, and there is no garden or swimming area.

Good things here
The society has good connectivity with autos, cabs, railway station access, and buses. The maintenance is good with regular cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning. The construction is sturdy with good seepage control, ventilation, and sunlight. The amenities include a garden, play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly.

The society is pretty fine , all the facilities are top notched and well maintained but there are better option available there too so its a 4 out 5 society .

Good things here
Zen Hospital is just a quick 5-minute drive from the society, and the metro station is also conveniently located within the same distance. Additionally, Chembur railway station is nearby, making connectivity a breeze. The society's facilities like the lifts and CCTV are in top-notch condition, ensuring safety and security for all residents. Plus, cleanliness and hygiene standards are well-maintained, with garbage collection happening on time. Living on the 5th floor, I haven't experienced any seepage issues in my apartment, which is a relief. It's great to have a balcony and amenities like a gym and swimming pool right here in the society. And last but not least, the people in the society are friendly and cooperative, making it a pleasant place to call home.

I'm not sure if the swimming pool is currently functional because there was some ongoing work when I last checked, and it was closed at that time. Additionally, there have been some internet connectivity issues because the society only relies on one internet provider.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Water supply issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is quite big and spacious in the buildings. The location of the society is very good.
Things need improvement
The society is not always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. The constructuion quality is not good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. During rainy seasons major leakage issues are seen in bathrooms. swimmingpool is not maintained properly.

Market is very much accesible and metro station is 10mins away from the society. all the aminities are very vell maintained. flats are very specious and has balconies. very peacfull society.
Things need improvement
Visitor parking is not available in the society and the maintenance chargers are very much high. we really want these thigns should be highlight

Good things here
Auto,cabs are easily available near by the sociey even railway station is near by the society. maintenance charges are reasonable in the society,Time to time painting is done there. There is good security system as 24/7 security staff and cctv both facilities are available. All the festivals are being celebrated in the society overall good socialism. All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc.
Things need improvement
Time allocated for amenities is not convenient for the residents. Lifts are not funtional and well maintained in the society . Quality of the construction is not good walls are not strong within.

Good things here
The security in the society is good, and festivals are celebrated. All modern amenities are available and are maintained even better than before. The society is clean. Autos and buses are available near the local railway station. The roads outside the society are in good condition.
Things need improvement
The metro station is not within walking distance. Since the society is a bit old, there are issues like leakage, seepage, and cracks. Parking is allotted to some but not to others. Occasionally, the lifts are out of service.
